780.000.000 Euro's for 2023, 2024 and 2025.
For tanks, ammo, air-defence etc.

These are simple canvas sheets for camoflage. They remove the obvious shaddow line at the front and below the vehicle. Its standard practice for all german combat vehicles. Though the ones pictured are otherwise really low on camoflage.

Tanks are shooting on move almost point blanc at any suspicious places, where Russian positions can be. At 0:30 several AP mines have exploded under leading tank tracks. At 2:15 enemy ATGM missed the leading tank from side direction. Drone operator exclaims: "Men! You have skipped ATGM!" Then drone operator calls fire: "Come on! At the mid of "Tenneesee" [likely position name] near a ravine!" 
At 2:46 drone operator has spotted Lancet, strifing on leading tank, and shout "Lancet! Fu...g Lancet! Transmit to tankrers!". But leading tank crew had lucky day - enemy Lancet missed too (2:54)

Reports of Storm Shadow strikes have dried up over the past weeks making me wonder if UKR have exhausted their supply. Hopefully only for the time being.  Makes sense though to use them when they have them and free up HIMARS for other things.
In the absence of either side having air superiority and with the heavy reliance on infantry, artillery has proven to be a very effective weapon in this conflict.  If UKR can both degrade RU's ability to use their artillery and gain dominance I think it's well worth it - lack of ammunition is great but if you don't have the weapons to use the ammunition, even better.
Also, there was something the other day talking about RuAF getting better at distributing/hiding/protecting the higher value assets and targets from long range strikes, it's a few pages back I think.

To add bit of my expertise for once - I was part of robotics project that included drones moving around in buildings and in urban setting (I did some of the programming, not much of the robotics stuff).
This size is probably fine, especially tracked. But I would not expect to see much smaller drone ground vehicles than this. Definitely don't expect something the size of the tiny quadcopters or RC cars. Small wheels suck for moving around even in buildings and in towns, in war terrain with craters everywhere it would just not work. For small ones, flying is much better.
