I worked on a tall ship in Israel with an Aussie guy who'd worked on the sheep stations. He said the nearest boozer was about 100km away. I said, "Damn, and I bet you went every week didn't you?" he said "We went every night. Twenty of us packed in the back of a truck with whoever was least pissed driving."
