I've been out on your foggy stretch of salt sodden pine barrens before, you bastard, every other foot of it over-run with Californians politely congratulating each other on making their way 'North', like a gang of Mormon missionaries discovering a new, previously un-proselytized wealthy, custom-home community.

Enjoyed it? I'm most assured she did not! Even her dismissal of your sad, sorry squeak against Her glory was wrung through with pity!

Where's my setup, you poncing lick-spittle?

Gentlemen, I direct your attention to this pathetic and corrupt example of a degenerate human being (but keep your protective face masks in place, I beg you). Note how the combination of overindulgence in cheap alcohol and a soul-destroying envy that must gnaw at his vitals day and night has destroyed all moral discrimination as well as intellectual accuity. This bit of human offal is now only fit for the trash heap or incinerator. Regrettably, our well-intentioned but short-sighted laws protect even this (ugh) thing. All we can do is hope and pray that a Merciful Providence will intercede to provide a quick and painless end. Well, quick at any rate.

Another Christmas survived -- barely.

Sigh.

[serious]I got a shirt and a hat from my father.

My son got me a necklace with an eagle on it.

My wife was going to let me get a laptop after Christmas, but, as is typicaly, she overspent and now that doesn't look feasible.

So, I got a hat, a shirt, and a necklace. From everyone -- wife, four kids, inlaws, parents, etc.

Sure, there are many who got less, but when you combine that with everything else that's happened this week, plus the fact that we have spent several thousand dollars on Christmas and furniture (her christmas gift -- $6K!) this year, well, this has to be the worst Christmas I've had in a while.[/serious]

Sorry, but I needed to unload a bit, and if it depresses you lot, fine. Why should any of you have a good time when I am feeling so miserable?

Steve

Wait, let me find my handkerchief.... Shnnnoooooorrrrkkk !

That's so sad. Everyone should get what they want, for christmas. Well, maybe except lawyers that is. (sorry)

You'll get over it.... but just in case you don't, do you want to borrow my really sharp machete? Just in case you need to slash someting... like. Try it on your wrist first, to check the sharpness.

Noba.

ps. 364 days to go.

It's what you deserve for spending all that time studying law while right-thinking folk were out partying and having a good time!

No need to apologise MrSpkr .. we may be smiling... having a good time and even Laughing Out Loud... But I bet most of us feel your pain in one way or another...

All the best for you and your family for 2004...

Seanachai, I really thought I couldn't hate you more than I already did... but after that little poking fest you just got done with...

So what that I had a dram or two to many...

So what that I had our Queen heading up an internation manhunt...

So what that I'm responsible for you getting woke up at 5am (actually, that was damned funny)...

The point is... the point is... Oh Yeah!!!

I HATE YOU!

Hmmmmmmmm Stevie eh?... I Wonder...

Time for a sing song......

No new years’s day

To celebrate

No chocolate covered candy hearts to give away

No first of spring

No song to sing

In fact here’s just another ordinary day

No april rain

No flowers bloom

No wedding saturday within the month of june

But what it is

Is something true

Made up of these few words that I must say to you

I just called to say where's Berli

I just called to say it's 5am

I just called to say its' Emma

And I meant it from the bottom of my heart

No summer’s high

No warm july

No harvest moon to light one tender august night

No autumn breeze

No falling leaves

No even time for birds to fly to southern skies

No libra sun

No halloween

No giving thanks to all the christmas joy you bring

But what it is

Though old so new

To fill your heart like these few words could ever do.

I just called to say Hi Stevie

I just called to show how much I care

I just called to stop you sleeping

And say... it's only Emma Fair....

I just called to stop you sleepinggggggggggggggg

And I mean it from the bottom of my heart

Of my heart

Of my heart

Cheers Paul *wink*
