Guest Captitalistdoginchina
I am enjoying the ladder games very much and i wonder if any guys here would be interested in a National League for team play? Some thing like this. 5 (or more) players from the UK 5 (or more)Players from Germany 5 (or more)Players from USA 5 (or more)Players from Australia 5 (or more)Players from New Zealand and so on - as many teams/countries can be represented as we like. Then the players from each team play each other (Rules to be defined) and we post a sort of League table, so its not an individual ladder its a sort of team game with a played/won/draw/lost/percentage score details listed in the table next to each country. Would anyone else be interested in this? Anyone else have any ideas? I would love to start it but would need help. M. Bates
Yeah, good idea, but what would determine who represents each country? Would each country have a captain? Sounds promising tho If the UK and Germany are competing, make the tournament an alcohol free zone and keep those two teams at least 500 yards apart Please don't let it go to penalties

Just a thought. Regards Jim R.

Then the "Ronsons" would trundle up opposite to a dreary chorus of God Save The Queen. Next, two of the five German tanks get toasted, then three of the UK tanks, until eventually one is left on each side. In the penalties, the last German tank scores five direct hits, but the UK tank misses two of its own, and the spectators miserably sing, "stand up if you won the war". Cyberfox
Hey Terry, I had planned to start a kind of ladder like this with groups begin 2001 at the RD site. I think there will be a lot of USA players so I was thinking to splits them in states. Terry, I have the software and the webspace. Let me know what your plans are so we can combine something, if you like. Cyberfox RD ladder at: http://home.wanadoo.nl/edwin.vos/cm/
M. Bates
Cyberfox, how about this: United States of America vs Europe. You could different states versus different European countries. I am sure the numbers on each side would be quite similar.
