Dr.Fusselpulli
I have taken a look at the TO&E:https://www.battlefront.com/shock-force-2/cmsf2-base-game/?tab=toe There are no onmap Mortars available for red forces, why? It would be a great goal for a small mission to take out a unconventional forces mortar in some backyard. What about the M1937 82mm mortar? Isn´t available for onmap purposes? It would be great for regualr and unconventional forces. Blue forces have three kinds of onmap mortars: M121 120mm mortar M252 81mm mortar M224 60mm mortar and red none? Mord
One of the screenshots show Uncon Fighters using a mortar. It's probably a mistake . Besides, Steve confirmed red force mortars a while back. Mord. Edited August 8, 2018 by Mord

Sgt.Squarehead
Hell-Cannon skin, anyone? I'd guess mortars count as 'Specialist Teams' which don't seem to be covered by the list. Edited August 8, 2018 by Sgt.Squarehead

Nope, it is definetely missing. Listed are different weapons, not teams in an organization structure. Take a look: Quote Heavy Weapons (On Map) US Army FGM-148 Javelin M136 AT4 M121 120mm mortar M252 81mm mortar M224 60mm mortar Syrian Army SPG-9 AGS-17 RPG-7V1 RPG-18 RPG-29 AT-3B AT-3C AT-3D AT-4A AT-4C AT-7 AT-13 AT-14
Heirloom_Tomato
Right at the top of the TO&E list it says: Not a complete list. I am sure a beta tester will be along shortly to give an answer to your question.
Dr.Fusselpulli
Ah, haven´t seen that. But my question was already answerde by @Mord with a picture of evidence. There are Syrian onmap mortars available. That the list isn´t complete yet, let to my confusion, but it is just the list, so I am fine.

MikeyD
I just took a peek in the game. Mech inf, integrated on-or-off map 120mm heavy mortar 2B11. Reserves field on-or-off map medium mortar that's currently (mis)labeled 'BM43', though that may be a goof. I'll report it as soon as I finish this. akd
I believe the 2B11 is a placeholder or substitute for the PM-43 120mm mortar that would be used in Syria. It is an improved version of the same mortar, and I think Syria has received some 2B11s from Russia in recent years. But yes, Syria has on-map 82mm and 120mm mortars.
