A week later it changed to, "HE IS COMING SOON!" A week after that it changed again to, "HE IS COMING SOON TO CARNEGIE HALL!" with information on where to get tickets. Then the sign became, "HE IS COMING TO CARNEGIE HALL TONIGHT!" Came the night and all the swells were in the audience in tuxedoes and evening gowns excitedly waiting for the show to begin. The house lights dimmed and a hush fell over the hall as the curtain slowly began to rise...to reveal an easel holding a final sign that read, "YOU MISSED HIM, HE'S GONE." Sleep tight, guys.
