Having said that you could create your own mod of the icons. They support transparency so you could draw smaller versions and fill in the space with transparency. Heck you could just make smaller versions that might work too.

Yes that works. Actually, one could merely resize existing icons in photoshop, create a template blank 32 x 32 .bmp and then paste the resized images over the top. One would still have to edit the alpha though which, unless you've got photoshop, is an awful PITA; the alpha in .BMP format requires 32 bit support.

There are free open source program such as the gimp that lets you edit alpha channels as well. No need for photoshop for this.

And we wonder why there are DRM licensing libraries out there. Adobe did *not* make CS2 available for free. They made a DRM free version available for current licensed users (not the rest of us) because they decided to end of live their license servers. This way no one who is a licensed user is out of luck now that their servers are turned off.
