  1. Yes this is right, let the artillery be an exemption of it. Vehicles and infantry weapons shouldn't have.
  2. I know. I don't like Russia vs Russia. USA vs USA. You get it.
  3. Don't really like playing against myself (red vs red).
  4. Not really, the NVA used the AT-3 Sagger (9M14 Malyutka) in combat. See: https://history.army.mil/html/books/090/90-17-1/index.html, page 210.
  5. When I think about the Combat Mission of my dreams, I imagine... MBTs, assault rifles, ATGMs, APCs and IFVs, something with all-out-war but without: - thermal vision - top-down attack missiles - precision guided munitions - airburst ammunition - UAVs Can you think about a good timeframe for it?
  6. Yeah unfortunately 90 percent of the PC gaming community isn't interested in close-to-real-as-possible gameplay, but rather shiny looking arcadish ones suitable for 5 years old children like Command and Conquer and so on.
  7. Nevermind I have solved the issue - the jeep is sometimes driven by the hq, sometimes by the snipers, but they are both there always.
  8. I tried the Troina campaign for a few times now, still stuck on first mission. I have noticed something very strange: one HQ unit is sometimes swapped to a sniper team. What is going on?
  9. I have almost the same setup: 3600X + 5700XT + 32GB RAM + MLC SSD What helped me with reducing load times is: setting the two (texture and model) quality to balanced. Anything more will significantly affect the time to load the battle. the other thing is setting the triple buffering for opengl in the radeon settings (its off by default). This way my average load time went down to 1 and a half minutes instead of 5. I left antialiasing on as it didnt have an effect on performance. Vsync is off since I use freesync and it works.
  10. I am just curious as somebody who plays his games on elite difficulty level, if cranking that up to iron would have an effect on information sharing. Whats on my mind is that on that level, friendly units have to identify each other first. So I guess that lateral information sharing will take longer than on elite? Because firstly they have to identify the friendly unit and only after that they can share data I guess. Just asking to have a better understanding on how the game works.
  11. You mean between 1965 and 1991. So much more exciting period.
  12. Any idea when will a fix be released to address this?
  13. My bad, even if you save the game and then reload you cannot change the orders already given. So there is no way to cheat even in hot-seat mode. Edit.: You can just you have to save immediately before giving any orders. And then you can also delete the save file to clean up.
  14. Hi! What you have described here applies only for the Hot-Seat mode, not PBEM games. I really cannot understand why there is difference, but anyway. Obviously you can cheat this way in the hot-seat mode but not in PBEM. Here is a small sheet I made the explain the difference:
  15. Now that is literally a pixeltroop What is the resolution you use?
  16. The real question is: Should I spend my time on reporting bugs? Or is it just wasting? Would anybody check it?
  17. Obviously I was talking about the color of the font, not the shape of which I don't care. Somewhere I knew if you'd drop by you would find the problem must be on my end.
  18. As seen on the attached picture, the timestamps on the forum posts on the mobile version of this forum are unreadable for me. I am not saying it is hard to read. I cannot read it AT ALL.
  19. They should have had announce that there is a problem with pbem games with the latest patch http://community.battlefront.com/topic/134995-cmfi-pbem-not-working/?do=findComment&comment=1789556
  20. They are not included now, but I will add them later. Maybe I will make another table for the drones.
