Also is it just me or is the AI better? I played a QB as the Free French assaulting a mountain held by Gebirgsjaeger. I took the mountain and then was promptly surrounded and destroyed. I was very amused.

Doesn't look likes there is a German campaign. There's a US campaign as the 10th Mountain Division and a South African one as the 6th Armored. It sounds like you have good reasons not to try this one out. The SS are definitely in it, but as it is Italy its more defined by the use of the Fallschirmjaeger. Fortress Italy being my favorite game it was kind of a no brainer for me to pick this one up. Also the Brazilians are actually really fun to play, they're like US light infantry with bolt actions.

When German soldiers are "tagged" with their winter uniforms their Battalion commander doesn't have a uniform. This goes for both "Gerbisjaeger winter" and regular wehrmacht troops as well.

Yeah I'd love to simulate the Italian Civil War but I figure it's on to CMRT now!

Yeah I realized it was a shot in the dark. It makes sense from a developer standpoint, they mostly fought partizans from what I've read. Very stoked to play as the Brazilians and Free French!

Don't know if this has been discussed but will we see Italian troops from the Italian Social Republic in this module? They were a pretty large part of the successful Operation Winter Storm against the 92nd Infantry (Buffalo Soldiers.) TY!
