Warts, you might want to share your work with everyone here, not just me - give them the dropbox link of your fixed scenario that you sent me and let us all test it. If it works OK then I encourage you to upload it to the Repository and/or GreenAsJade's so that all community gets access to it. Thank you. Edit: It works OK for me.

Nope, the one not having patch 3.10 can't play the game with the player that has. This in turn will be remedied in the future so that it will be possible for the player who has vehicle pack to sport these special vehicles and player on the other side won't be able to but both will be able to play against each other. An extra incentive to buy those packs for players who don't have it.

I do use it. Contrary to what you say I do find troops to tire when they undergo quick movement for a longer time whilst troops on move speed never get tired and arrive on the battlefront fresh and rested. Of course it all depends on the size of the map you play the scenario on. Tini maps don't really need normal movement speed while all the rest kinda do if you don't have trucks or halftracks to move troops from where you want them to go.

Yes, you can modificate maps and make entirely new ones. I haven't made any but based on what map/scenario makers say it's as hard as you make it ambitious.
