  1. Boo it has come to my attention that your family documentary was cancelled and there will be no more Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. I assume this is the source of your touchiness about questions regarding your lineage. It is okay Boo we can fully understand how you could "somehow" end up not knowing your house. You'd think though after your parents moved without telling you, then your adoptive parents, then the orphanage you'd have gotten a clue instead of just getting used to it.
  2. This is turning out to be a bit less info than I'd hoped. Going through deliver us from darkness figuring as a battalion history it would have more info, but it is surprising how few I can nail down. I can't even identify all the platoon leaders.
  3. Good thing for you as it is apparent you can't. Sorry I probably should have realized you were incapable of reading even a comic book. Go home, if you can figure out which house is yours. Maybe you can move in with Emrys, maybe add an expansion. Here you can use the box from the big screen TV we just had delivered at the Shavian House. My Liege Joe Shaw Knight of the M.B.T., Justicar for Life of the Peng Challenge Thread, Creator of the Peng Challenge Thread Podcast, CessPool Drain Commissioner and Founder of the Shavian House, are there any rules about forcing a denizen of the CessPool into retirement when they get so addled they don't even know their own House?
  4. Personally no, but I'd keep a armor cover arc on it to take care of that
  5. Hold the horses! Just which House do you belong Boo? Do you even know? Okay yeah that was a rhetorical question, we all know you are clueless. About everything, not just your house. So Boo reach over there for that comic book you refer to as a "tome" on your house history. Did JD Morse found House Lex or not?
  6. Could have just left it to that and yeah we agree, wash it then flush.
  7. I always appreciated scenarios (Devil's Descent, Sherrif of Oosterbeek from CMBN and Ramadi from CMSF by LLF) that had edited in genuine individuals for historical scenarios and then it dawned on me I could create templates for that in the same way you can create Unit templates. So I started out with the US airborne units just because I have a fair amount of material. I am trying to find more Battalion history info as they are more likely to identify squad and platoon leaders. I am working on a 505th roster for MG and scenario file right now and will start the 504th afterwards then likely the 506th. Will also be working on D Day files and possibly Italy. This is what I am working from so far. An Irresistible Force Nordyke 505th PIR Hell's Highway George Koskimaki 101st Battle of the Bridges Frank Van Lunteren 504th PIR September Hope John McManus 82nd and 101st No Victory in Valhalla Ian Gardner 3/506th PIB Deliver us from Darkness Ian Gardner 3/506th PIB Tonight we Die as Men Ian Gardner 3/506th PIB Nijmegen: U. S. 82nd Airborne And Guards Armoured Division Tim Saunders 82nd Hell's Highway: U.S. 101st Airborne -1944 Tim Saunders 101st The Island: Nijmegen to Arnhem Tim Saunders 82nd and 101st I also found this site, unfortunately it doesn't list rank or role, but I may still use it to create a 2/505th names file as a mod for folks playing scenarios with that unit out of respect for the men who served in it. http://www.505rct.org/membership.asp If anyone knows any other detailed unit listings for these or frankly any other unit, I'd be interested. I haven't yet delved into the material I have on the British 1st Airborne. The idea here is if you are working on a scenario with any of these units, you just import the units from the roster scenario file and then edit out what you don't want. You'll now have a personalized roster for the unit.
  8. Is this the mega pack of which you speak? no, CMBN pack only includes CMBN, it's modules (Commonwealth and Market Garden) and the 2.0 upgrade. The other three games you listed are older Cmx1 games. ooohhh sniped by Niall78
  9. So you are essentially saying you have been abandoned twice over? Sorry Nidan1, with the track history over there it sounds like you are soon to be an orphan. Perhaps though considering your lineage, that may be a good thing.
  10. rotflmao, well I got two laughs in before I just shut it down. Damn you'd think you would try to look at the game BEFORE you start recording a video. He's probably my local congressman.
  11. Given he may be engaging Abrams that can also spot him, I'd rather have the Abrams as the BMPs will be firing missiles. The Abrams can hit first and the missile is then just an unguided explosive. That is assuming the Abrams APS doesn't just take it out. If his T90s are engaging that may be a different matter, but I'd rather not face an Abrams platoon teleporting into battle. Bil needs to force the Abrams to face threats from multiple directions, an option he may not have if he is in LOS of the entry position. I would also expect the scenario designer to have them appear on map in those gullies.
  12. Are you sure that last is not KG Von Burke? I am betting the GIs would be happy to surrender.
  13. It's early. Panzrldr's primary combat power is still on the way and Bil's force has already suffered losses as well. On top of that he now has 3 different issues to draw his attention- the encircled forces, the main allied force and that pesky Tunguska. I am cheering for Bil for the simple reason I think he has a very demanding position and I'd like to see him hold out.
  14. Well considering what I have to work with, it'll have to do. And if I must point out, and I must, it does beat out your returning to toilet humor. I guess being from NY it is an area you are most comfortable with.
  15. Actually given my family tree, more than likely...... kohlenklau, you can do whatever you want, I am only messing with ya. KG Von Burke has a nice ring to it. Maybe they will overrun New Zealand.
  16. I had an Uncle who fought in the Ardennes with the 99th, he'd be mortified.
  17. Von Burke? There is no Von Burke. That would be O'Burke at best.
  18. A missed opportunity to have crowd funded your Italian vacation....
  19. CM:Pyromania. I am not sure we will see CM ever try to incorporate that too much. It just doesn't seem to be a great use of resources to focus on spread of fire and materials. I'd like to see a FT set a building on fire, but having the whole block go up would kind of take away from the actual combat aspect.
  20. If you need new material to get you back into CMBN/MG The first By Frank Van Lunteren on the 504th PIR http://www.amazon.com/Battle-Bridges-Parachute-Infantry-Operation/dp/1612002323/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1417367717&sr=1-1&keywords=Lunteren The second from Robert Kershaw focusing on the Utrechtseweg only. http://www.amazon.com/Street-Arnhem-Agony-Occupation-Liberation/dp/1612002641/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1417367873&sr=1-4&keywords=kershaw+robert In this long-awaited book, Robert Kershaw follows up his best-selling account of Operation Market Garden—It Never Snows in September—to focus on the experiences of Dutch civilians and British and German soldiers in one street while fighting to survive at the heart of one of the most intense battles of World War II. He tells the story from the perspective of what could be seen or heard from the Utrechtseweg, a road that runs seven kilometers from the Arnhem railway station west to Oosterbeek. This stretch of road saw virtually every major event during the fighting for Arnhem—the legendary “Bridge Too Far”—during September 1944. The story is about the disintegration of a wealthy Dutch suburb caught unexpectedly in the war it had escaped for so long.
  21. I didn't know Nidan1's name was Fred, but I have to say I am quite impressed with his charity work in India. Maybe he can take you there...and leave you. http://nidan.in/nidanwp/ As for the rest, my Liege Joe Shaw Knight Champion of the M.B.T., Justicar for Life of the Peng Challenge Thread, Creator of the Peng Challenge Thread Podcast, CessPool Drain Commissioner and Founder of the Shavian House is quite capable of dealing with you himself. A little weed killer and the place would look a whole lot better. Edited to correctly bold though he doesn't deserve it - and here we go again back to bowel movements. It seems this place is named the CessPool for good reason.
  22. Actually it probably isn't that simple, what happens when the building gets destroyed? Vehicles never go away so that isn't an issue for hit decals. Buildings however don't behave the same way. I for one wouldn't mind it they did away with the final destroyed view of buildings and just added another severely damaged level with walls still intact. I can create totally rubbled buildings.
