  1. Close. http://community.battlefront.com/topic/117228-a-not-very-exciting-christmas-bone-this-year/
  2. you can get it as a standalone, there is a tool to extract the scenarios from a campaign. As long as you want it for HTH you'd be all set, but it won't work as a QB really unless the AI plan is developed for it. I don't know if it was ever used for a QB, it is possible.
  3. Actually I do understand - on both points, despite you absolutely sucking at explanations. 1. You will name drop Maya in a most scurrilous manner to criticize the writing of others while you continue to contribute drivel. She is probably rolling in her grave at the thought of you using her in such a despicable fashion. 2. You train your squires to be sycophants to your ego. What? That is too big a word for you? How about yes-men? bootlickers? brown-nosers? toadies? lickspittles? flatterers? flunkies? lackeys? doormats? stooges? cringers? suck-ups? Poor Nidan1, to have been trained by you is such an unenviable fate. I on the other hand am guided by the unflinching forthright leadership of my liege Joe Shaw Knight Champion of the M.B.T., Justicar for Life of the Peng Challenge Thread, Creator of the Peng Challenge Thread Podcast, CessPool Drain Commissioner and Founder of the Shavian House. PS "pulls them forward"? Really? Sigh. Mark Twain would beat you with a golf club.....
  4. Fallschirmjager for sure. I think the LW line units other than those were pretty much disbanded by now.
  5. probably more like this CMRT>CMBN>CMFI Although CMBN has mine flails......
  6. real quick one before c3k yells at us for going off topic - The Ten Thousand was my favorite Harold Coyle. The other one I really liked was Cauldron by Larry Bond.
  7. Hey Mord, never played CMSF... okay that is a bald faced lie, I love CMSF....... But back to what I was gonna say, CMBS is even a bigger leap for WW2 gamers. You are talking a 10 year leap in technology in the information age and I think BF has done a fair job of trying to demo that. It is a fascinating look into the modern high intensity conflict battlefield. I know of several ww2 gamers who have no interest in it. What I'd be curious to know is how many CMSF players are there out there who never considered the ww 2 stuff? The CMBS forum seems very active with folks I do not recognize - pretty cool.
  8. no, democracy is where you get to vote and the winner immediately forgets what he promised you and begins to collect all those fat lobbyist checks - social(ist) media is where you get to vote and feel good, but no one actually gives a s**t.
  9. unfortunately your random number is this year and we know it isn't coming out till next. c3k may disqualify you for simply not paying attention.
  10. Dang I just learned something new. I only ever used dismount for vehicle crews. Thanks guys!
  11. What Pete said. You can keep changing the force selector in the mission data as often as you want, it just changes the unit selection field in the units tab to match what you selected in the data field. Easy peasy
  12. +1 on that I know it is a ton of work, but it is worth it.
  13. well let's just say Bil's reputation is suffering a rout comparable to your UKR guys. Keep up the excellent posts.
  14. That is a question that can only properly be asked and answered within the Peng Challenge Thread itself...consider it the end of your lucky day if you decide to venture there.
  15. believe me you are far better off not knowing. Just more humor from the Peng thread.
  16. no but I'd like you committed...oh wait this isn't the Peng thread.
  17. We know you have trouble following conversations. It is normal for someone at your advanced age. Just go sit in the corner and eat your mush, it will all be okay. It is interesting in a really boring kind of way that your first reference was a dildo..... back to that solo gaming thing again eh?
  18. That, THAT was your Maya Angelou-esque prose? Dude that was Bill the Cat from Bloom County. Granted a fine upstanding example of .. well something, but it WASN'T Ms Angelou.
  19. Just so Chris knows, I just got a very nice used copy of Hell in Hurtgen Forest: The Ordeal and Triumph of an American Infantry Regiment. by Robert Sterling Rush....yeah I'm ready for the Bulge game or whatever you wanna call it.
  20. no Mikey we want to know what new games are coming, that is only a bone if you didn't already own everything
  21. no I'm not. (this is really Emrys using my login.) Err I mean this is Emrys, I'm using his login.
