  3. Hi TaoJah, I tried all the saved game files you sent, i.e. loaded them individually and they all loaded without incident. Can you still confirm that this is happening for you with regards to the saved game files in your folder? Can you send me the specific game file that seems to be causing the issue or just let me know which specific file if you already sent it, thanks! Hubert
  4. Hi Nashorn1, Sorry to hear about the trouble, can you confirm that your system meets the minimum system specs? Also, can you try downloading the latest version of DirectX as well as the latest drivers for your Sound and Video Cards? Usually one of these will resolve the issue for you.   5. No need to do any further updates for v1.04 as it is fully compatible with v1.03... meaning the updates you performed to have everything compatible with v1.03 will work fine with v1.04

With v1.03 the new entrenchment rules are as follows: - land units that move into a friendly fortress/fortification now automatically entrench up to 1/2 the max entrenchment value - land units that start a turn within a friendly fortress/fortification now automatically entrench up to 1/2 max entrenchment regardless of initial entrenchment value
  10. Hi TaoJah, Can you try deleting the contents of your save game directories to see if that helps. This includes all the Multiplayer subfolders as well. Hubert

  15. Hi Agamemnon, Can you please send me the contents of your Saved game folders? This would be the 'Save' folder as well as the 'Multiplayer' folder. This way I can take a closer look and see what might be causing the problem. After that if you delete these folders the game should run fine. Hubert
  16. Great I'm glad you guys like that one enhancement... I'm planning a few more but that was the easiest one to change and therefore the quickest to implement for the v1.04 patch. Hubert

  18. Good points guys and while I was hoping to have a more robust AI for this last and upcoming patch the truth is that there were still quite a few technical issues that had to be sorted out. The good news is that behind the scenes there is quite a bit of extensive AI testing and development going on (Edwin P.) and as soon as a I get a chance to review all the notes I think you will be pleasantly suprised with what the AI patch will have to offer. That and a few more AI structure enhancements I have planned should make the game a lot closer, and if not surpass, the original vision.
  19. Thanks and the truth is that I always wanted some sort of representation... infact I remember the request coming up quite a few times during testing but I just never had the chance... expect a few more additions before it is all said and done Hubert
  20. Yes, this next patch will be 100% backwards compatible with saved games as well as for custom campaigns. FYI, just a heads up that it looks like all major reported issues have been resolved but unfortunately with the holiday weekend coming up the patch probably won't be out until early next week... sorry about that guys but the good thing is that I did add a few extras such as the ability to scroll the map during your opponent's turn for Network games... this and a few other quick fixes will hopefully make the short delay worth the wait
