Some yammering about "family" and "holiday". I think he is just taking some time to reflect on the insanely brilliant tactical moves that I have made so far. Like losing both of my guns(1 ATG and 1 inf) in less than 4 turns. Even that floundering has not stopped me from holding more flags than the sackless wonder. "Mein Craphole" has been mired in nothingness as Beowolf has turned all MasterGoodale on me. Soddball is a giant, stinky turd that I wouldn't piss on, even if he was on fire.....other than that he ain't half bad.

My girlfriend doesn't mind, but she won't play CMBB. The best I could do was to get her hooked on UO first and now DAoC. Woot! Give her somefink to do and leaves me precious time to handle my PBEMs. As an added bonus there is no bitching about my gaming. She does read the forum occasionally, like we when she hears me howling in laughter and finds me on the floor in a giggling fit. Speaking of which, we need more Rommell22 threads, the pet one just about made me piss myself.

Working through my turns tonight. Axe2121 and Dave H will be later tonight. Must feed first. Gaylord Focker and I are a few turns into an all armor match on one of Old Dog's maps. I love that map set, lots of variety as well as options for ME, Ruskie attack, and German attack. Almost done playing the wanker lenakonrad. I thought a Penger would have put up more of a fight. Only thing that I see left is a T-34 and a light gun which may, may not, be still active. Lost a Stug to find the gun and bogged a Tiger. That's my losses so far.

In CMBO you could place guns, even pillboxes I think, in buildings if you placed the unit on the map and then went back to the editor and placed building on top of gun. I have done this in CMBO but not tried with CMBB. I will check when I get home.

Is that the "Riddler" flag mod you are using there? :eek:

Didn't Nippy have a post where he proposed the "Nippy Challenge"? Do a search to find how to set the map in your favor. With his rules you should be able take 3 KTs with a platoon of T-34/85s (3 or 4?), a platoon of TDs, and 2 sharpshooters. I did it this as an all armor battle, like Nippy described, and KO'd all 3 KTs with only 2 AFVs lost (one T-34/85 and some thin-skinned thing). But it would seem logical that with some adaptation you should be able to deal with the inf threat as well. Quite a load of fun actually. One of the few times I enjoyed playing as the Ruskies.

BB and AK. No CMBO for awhile. Just not the same versus new MG tweaks.
