Lane, Make sure you followed the instructions here That will put the Mod folder in the right place and should get things working for you.

If I understand your question, you need to uninstall that particular mod in McMMM, then copy the zip folder. Delete the mod (so the zip is no longer in the Mod folder). Paste the zip on the desktop and make whatever changes to the bmps you would like, then drop that zip back in the Mod folder. Then add it as a new mod and install it.

Interesting to require 2.6 GHz, but only half a meg of RAM and a crappy vid card.
