Rexford maybe able to tell you if the MG port hole should be considered a weak spot. That Real Life does not provide for examples should not mean it was impossible, there were only ~1,400 of them built after all, and I suppose any day many more than that die on a CM battlefield. Here is some good news about a Tiger, with a nice frontal shot to boot, showing the MG port hole.

German Panzer III and IV tanks had dedicated commanders, and all had radios, meaning there was a job for everyone of the five guys. Scott is right that everyone's a mechanic in a tank crew, but I have my doubts they were all trained in this role to the same degree.

Well, that is because the Rodina provides well for its soldiers and defenders, unlike the fascist adventurers who all have to cram into much too small Panzers. Looks like re-education camp for you Comrade tar. 25 years hard labour in Vorkuta will cure you of any misconceptions you may harbour regarding the care the Rodina and our esteemed Comrade the Chairman of the Defense Council (may he live a 100 years!) take when it comes to the comfort of our worker-soldiers.

Wildman, AIUI infantry does not need to change facing to use AT weapons. I have certainly seen fausts fired in a different direction from the main targetting of the squad, and I assume it works the same for hand-delivered AT weapons. The reason why your squad did not use its AT weapons could be entirely different. Maybe it would be best to have this discussion elsewhere, but on the face of it, I do not think it is a bug, and therefore is in the wrong thread here.

The fourth guy would presumably be another mechanic (I think the official job title of the driver was 'driver/mechanic'). He also comes in handy when you need to do guard duty and as general runabout man.

On the AGP Radeon 7500 32MB card, I did not experience downsampling (when I checked for it) during CMAK beta days. Straight out of the box with no gimmicky settings. I have no idea what the story is with other cards from ATI. Sorry to hear some of you still experience that problem.

Oh no. That I'll have to dispute. On the defense the russians were the match of the germans. The basic soldier was fairly decent. But on the offense the russian infantry tactics from Squad and up to companylevel were abyssmal. Basicly "The Human Wave". Attacks using brute force of artillery and manpower to make up for what it lacks in finesse. These flaws in russian infantry tactics have lived on(partially) and is a serious weakness in the tactics of Warzawa pact armies and their successors. </font>

Ken I played this as PBEM, Germans, and slaughtered my opponent. No contest. Your opponent must have had some pretty bad luck, or just made a very very bad decision at some point.

Wouldn't worry about that. I have at least 10 scenarios and ops for CMBB in the pipeline. Which compares to a grand-total of two for CMAK.
