  1. http://users.erols.com/chare/cm/ Found something here that was pretty cool. Will check out JasonC in a minute.
  2. Thanks for the reply, but that is not what I was referring to. I wanted a chart to show these relationships and how the terrain modifies cover/concealment. Maybe the manual shows the different types of terrain, honestly I have not opened the manual since I bought the game in 2000. I don't even remember if they have that in there, but does it show what the best terrain to be in , maybe give it a value or something?
  3. Can someone please tell me the differences in the different types of terrain. I am sure a heavy building is better than being in brush, but is there a chart out there, or something I can look at to tell me the terrain effects of all the terrain types in this game?
  4. Looks like a cool site Andreas. I downloaded some of those scenarios.
  5. I downloaded that one dug. It is just to large for my taste and no offense, but did not like the map. But thanks anyway, and I thank you for the link.
  6. Just about played all the scenarios I have, looking for some new ones for CMBO. Anyone have any ideas?
  7. Where can I find some small scale CMBO scenarios?
  8. Cool Beans, that is what I am talking about.
  9. John, See the post next to your post about MOD packs, there are some addresses there to go to and pick up some good MODS.
  10. Thanks Matt, I may have sent it to the wrong place. The CD was working and now does not. I tried other CD's to make sure it was not just my CD ROM drive. I also tried a buddy's CMBO CD to make sure and it is not. I bought the game in 2001 online, so it has been awhile. I am sure it is just scratched and wont read it now. I suppose the best thing for me to do is just buy the game again. Which I hate to do, since I did fork over the cash for this one. This is exactly why I hate having the CD to play computer games, but I understand the issue with piracy as well.
  11. Well I am not a pirate, but I can not get a response from Battlefront. I have bought the CD and love the game. I just have a CD that is defective and scratched.
  12. Columbus, If you get a newer video card, be sure that it is compatible with the motherboard you are currently using. If not, you may be wasting your money.
  13. Ok, after a few emails, and no response, I will ask where can I get a no CD crack? My CD that I bought and paid for has a deep scratch on it and I can not play CMBO (I know its tragic). I tried seeing if I could get a replacement CD if I sent mine back, but again no response on my email. So I am going rouge and looking for a no CD crack to run without the CD. Anyone have an idea?
  14. MODS: I am trying my hand at some MODS for CMBO for a D-Day invasion scenario. I have created some beach and sand bmp's already. My question for you guys is how do you know which numbered BMP is what? I mean , is there a list for someone to look at to show you that, for example, 345.bmp is a tree. I need to know which is which in order to adjust the right tiles. If anyone has a list of these, that would be great, so that I can easily go in and make my adjustments as well as create what I need. Also, would anyone be interested in play testing this D-Day scenario? I am looking to make it anywhere from 30-40 turns on a medium map, with about 3500 points with reinforcements. Also, how do you add images to posts in here? I want to post some images of what I have so far.
  15. HA ,,,lol that was funny Micheal... Cracked me up....
