1. The S-2 Desk is now open!!! Go check it out! Read one of the old interviews with Steve and Charles, because they contain some VERY OLD screen shots! They're quite funny, with German tanks that are bigger than buildings. . . Also, if you've got something you want to contribute, lemme know! I've already got sniperscope's review up, and will gladly accept other reviews, articles and scenarios!! ------------------ Jeff Fraser The Wargamer's Combat Mission Central http://www.wargamer.com/cm
2. Send me an e-mail if you'd like it hosted at The Wargamer. Just zip it up and send! ------------------ Jeff Fraser The Wargamer's Combat Mission Central http://www.wargamer.com/cm
3. Well, I wouldn't ask an opponent for that, but I'd be happy to comply if they were to ask me. . .
4. Or yours, for that matter, Rob. Remember: People In Glass Houses Shouldn't **** On The Hand That Feeds Them.
5. Is it okay if I use this repost this review on The Wargamer's CM Central, sniperscope?
6. Beat me to it! Can someone please mention the names of the Operations included in CM?
7. I'd love it! Thanks very much, we CM-deprived spuds need these little boosts very much!! I'm not sure about the picture, but I will find out... ------------------ Jeff Fraser The Wargamer's Combat Mission Central http://www.wargamer.com/cm
8. Damned signature... ------------------ Jeff Fraser The Wargamer's Combat Mission Central http://www.wargamer.com/cm
9. Thanks, Ray!!!! Can someone please put up the names of the Operations that CM shipped with? ------------------ Jeff Fraser The Wargamer's Combat Mission Central
10. If anyone who has already gotten the game(damn you, ) would be nice enough to post a listing of all the scenarios and operations included with the game, that would be great. I'm trying to redo the disgustingly out of date FAQ, while we wait for the BIG ASS one to finish. THANKS!!! ------------------ Jeff Fraser The Wargamer's Combat Mission Central
11. Don't worry, I'll be overhauling EVERYTHING. I think the site's bordering on butt-ugly right now, but that'll change. /me races off to update some stuff
12. Guys, I've recently been appointed the CM guy for The Wargamer! Needless to say, both the quality and quantity of coverage will improve. I'm still using the old page, but I'll be finished the MAJOR visual and interface overhaul within a few weeks. Expect updates daily, at least, along with updates to EVERYTHING. Right now, as you may have guessed, I'm ravenous for anything you guys can give me. I'd love to host your custom scenarios, reviews, articles, FAQs, tips, tricks, spoilers, AARs, whatever. Anyone who feels like contributing ANYTHING should shoot me an combatmission@wargamer.com . Here's the address, so get on over there and bookmark it. As an added incentive, I invite you to check out our extensive OOBs in the Reviews & Articles section, done by the illustrious John Salt. To give you a little bit of a hint at the range of his OOBs, think about this: He has the OOB for the Goettge Patrol on Guadalcanal. Not sure what the hell I'm talking about? Get over there!!! We have both American and British Co/Bn level OOBs, not to mention a variety of other interesting goodies. As I said, I will be doing A LOT of updating over the next few days, so forgive the out of date pages. See you there! ------------------ Jeff Fraser The Wargamer's Combat Mission Central http://www.wargamer.com/cm [This message has been edited by JeffRaider (edited 06-22-2000).]
13. I've had the same problem, but all you've got to do is click a centimeter or so below the label "Eliminated" and you'll hit it.
14. You bastard! Nice thinking!!! I'm in Nanaimo, so I hope to have my copy on Thurs or Friday. I suppose Wed is too much to hope for. GRRR.
15.
quote:
6. I was released after been captured because I told them I have AIDS.

Wow. That's brilliant. Really great.
16. Anytime I was ever freaked out about a test enough to cheat(not often , I tried copying it out onto my hand. After I went to all the trouble to write it there, I knew the stuff. Sheesh.
17. Definitely Glenmorangie is a great one. I know Glenfiddich isn't a top of the line single malt, but it's usually the best scotch they serve at the nightclubs my girl drags me out to. Ugh. In fact, I've agreed to go tonight, for no better reason that being drunk passes the time until Combat Mission shows up. Actually, I made the mistake of ordering "scotch" once, not "Glenwhatever", and they brought me some JW Red Label. UGH. As for bourbons, JD and JB are my personal choices, though I've still got a bottle of M'sM in the liquor cabinet.
18. Glen Fiddich is my poison of choice. Anything less would be uncivilized.
19. 84 Charlie MoPic was really good. I really got into that firefight when the camera man ducked down, and you couldn't see more than ten feet ahead. . . U-571 was good, too, as well as Run Silent, Run Deep and Torpedo Run. Yep, you guessed it, ex-sub nut converted into a ground nut.
20. Ummm. . . Nice work, Capt. . . I guess. . .
