Am getting mine sent to work..... I sit up and check everytime the mail girl goes past to see if she has a package for me...That's like 6 times a day!! As of Monday at 2.10pm no sighting. Am still holding out hope of getting it today, was charged on the 15th, but I accept it'll get here when it gets here. I just hope that it's soon! The weekend just past was perfect for gaming, cold and wet, no reason to make excuses for staying inside infront of the PC all day Oh well, at least I have work to keep me occupied whilst I wait. I agree that CC2 was the best one. Lots of mods have given them some interesting gameplay. Different league compared to CM IMO. CC2 is still on my HDD, CC3 is there to, currently incarnated as Vietnam. BTW, where's this CC forum?? I wanna watch the BBQ. Fen

Just tell Matt to pull his ugly noggin in Capt, he ain't god, an neither is any drill instructor I've ever met...they just act like grad A assholes to make you do what you're told, it's supposed to teach/prepare you to take orders so you can operate under pressure (ie when you're being shot at). Hell I've done it, it's great fun making people squirm, yelling in their face, carrying on like a lunatic. My favourite line was a corporal who'd threaten to stick his grade A, nine inch, blue veined, pelvic jumper pumper up your ass if you so much as moved an eyeball....still makes me laugh. Reg's Fen

Like I said please read it and take note. Some of us will be getting CM up to week after people in North America and we'd prefer to not have any "magical" intel on what's in the scenerios. Thanks Fen

From past experience with stuff from the US it seems to take about 5 'working' days to get deliveries to the CBD in Sydney. It always seems quicker if it's sent at the start of the week. Eg stuff sent to me on a Monday has arrived by Friday. But stuff sent mid week always arrived late the following week. But who know's all we can do is wait and see....god dammit!!! Ok am calm now, waiting as patiently as possible. But all you North American types better not gloat too much at our having to wait, that would be too cruel and we'd have to do something drastic - like drink the world's beer supply dry....

Thinking of trying to do a night raid scenerio with para's. Might try to have a squad or 2 in the force with satchel charges sneaking around at night and having a bunker as the main victory location. Green/conscrpit troops as guards of the installation and a couple of elite para/fallschirmjager platoons as the raiding force scattered over the map after their drop etc. From what I've heard sounds doable with the editor so I'm keen to see if it'll work. Well the whole game of course but specifically in no real order and keeping it to less than 5 things... - AT gun ambushing - Recon in armoured vehicles - On the fly battle creation - Inaccurate rocket artillery causing havoc

Got a P3 550E overclocked to 660MHz, 128MB RAM and a Diamond TNT2 Ultra. CM demo runs sweet at 1280 x 1024 and hasn't ever crashed. Looks great on my 21" Sony Trinitron monitor Sad to hear you having problems, I'd go grab a better vid card for sure. Anything with 16MB RAM should help. Reg's Fen

Best thing about ATR were the manuals that came with the game. IMO don't waste your money. reg's Fen
