Other Means
Sorry, you're speaking too quietly for the human ear to hear. Which is what I am equipped with.
Cymru
... be so mighty? Well, it won’t lay low the mountains, but it might be useful for utterly destroying the houses.

Earl Grey
The real question is: Does wind make sound even if no one hears it?
noob
The real question is: Does wind make sound even if no one hears it? Thinking about it off the top of my head i would say that wind doesn't make any sound in itself, it's the interaction of the flow of air with objects in the environment which together make the sound, and if thats the case the sound waves created exist independantly of a mind and therefore are logical absolutes so i guess i'm saying "no". wind doesn't make a sound even if no one hears it, but the interaction of wind with an object does even if no one hears it, but i could be wrong
Cymru
The real question is: Does wind make sound even if no one hears it? Ah, the old ‘tree in a forest’ question. It comes down to semantics. If by ‘sound’ you mean compression waves in a medium, then the answer is yes. If you mean the interaction with an eardrum and the subsequent nerve impulses, then no.
Earl Grey
Well, very obviously it's NOT about semantics, but it always works.
