z1812
Hi All, Is this based on the U.S. models or the Syrian? Whatever the case it looks great. Regards John
M1A1TC
The BFC basically used the same model for Syrian Special Forces that US Army uses, just in black color.(Blame BFC for laziness, not me. I would have used a completely different model. Unless in RL they do use all American kit) The uniform BMP is a little different configuration, it took me a little trial and error to find the perfect placement of the shoulder patched
waffelmann
Is it possible to give them "Sturmmasken" (Skimasks(?))? Or use all sysrians the same skins for their faces?
M1A1TC
Jah wohl Herr Waffelmann!! [ December 20, 2007, 10:19 AM: Message edited by: M1A1TankCommander ]

M1A1TC
Yeah, I plan to. I want to create a Soviet-Afghan mod evenually. What I really like is how many different Syrian soldier textures are in CMSF. Too bad there is only one set for US side

RobboG
That's all we need. Russian Special Forces siding with Syria in a hypothetical future war. Here comes WWIII. Well done guys!! Hehehe
M1A1TC
There is also RU_MOD.zip by billy_sp that has lots of other things included besides uniforms. I recommend download it as well, use RezExplode, and then replace his uniform BMPs with mine if you wish (I think mine are better ) He did a great job replacing other things
missinginreality
awesome work man, nice one. I was playing around with a desert tiger-stripe/long grass camo and got the lines the wrong direction - had a nice team of dudes in pin-stripe suits Excellent for urban camo tho!
M1A1TC
Yeah it takes a little getting used to the new format compared to the old CM style BMPs.
Roter Stern
Fantastic work! This might be just the inspiration I needed to start work on another Red-on-Red scenario
