When I worked in a bookstore the emphasis was customer satisfaction, so when we had a lot of signed books to send out we first tried to satisfy as many customers as possible, and the best way of doing that is by shipping single copies first. I ordered a single copy and am still waiting. But now you've given me hope - while the post office has called it a day, I keep looking out the window hoping to see a UPS van.
