karch
something really small so if I can find someone to play over IP with, we'll finish it in one sitting.
Shep
Sorry about the thread redundancy... Didn't see the similar thread there. For me: 1) Something a bit smaller in a premade scenario, hopefully in Stalingrad. 2) Gotta check out those Finns! 3) Make or find a scenario with the M17. Maybe a couple of M17s vs. a company of Germans. 4) And much, much more. Gonna be a months long honeymoon.

Actually exact opposite here. I like the early Ruskie armor and I will throw waves of them at the fascists! I am also greatly looking forward to the allies (Italy, Romania, Hungary, and yes, da Finns) and will play all of their scenarios before I even touch a German scenario. SaTyR
QB with finns, for the obvious reasons Defending against the soviets. Then yelling: "HAKKAA PÄÄLLE !" at he top of my voice, scaring the neighborhood oldtimers while commanding the Stug(s) forward. Can hardly wait... Commissar
QB, late 1944, armed with several IS-2/M1944, a few ISU-152s, and some T-34/85s, attending tank riders, preceded by a mass Katyusha barrage. Most likely an urban setting. Computer can throw whatever he wants at me or I'll give the computer so heavies to play around with.

busboy
Probably make some quick battle just to watch heavies beat the hell out of each other...that always sooths me. As for a real scenario, probably early war German advance.
WWB
One suggestion from someone who has seen the promised land: Make a large town map. And add alot of big rocket spotters. Set it up as attack defend, and watch them unleash hell. WWB

Agua
The first battle that I actually sit down and complete will probably be a small early war scenario. Prior to that, however, I'll screw around with the QB parameters and check out as many new units and extreme environmental/map combinations as I can before the bleariness occasioned by sleep deprivation forces me to crash. Good Lord, I keep hoping to look at the banner above the forum and read "Available Now / Now Shipping!!!"

Pfc Driscole James E
Then yelling: "HAKKAA PÄÄLLE !" In the Science Fiction novel "1632" by Eric Flint it is translated as "Hack them down!" The battle cry of the Finnish Cavalry force of the Swedish Army. The Swedes' battle cry is to assert they have knitted fingerless gloves.
