Ligur
There was this thread about MG fire from JasonC... Interesting info about HMGs and MGs in CM:BB. If my connection were in a better shape I'd do search and link it, but I get about 0.0005kb/second ATM.
SlowMotion
About that new picture at modeling contest page: it seems that default buildings will look a bit different than in CMBO

Jager
Is CMBB going to allow us to locate servers using http addresses? If not, then it means no TCP/IP games for me or my friends. NOT good Explanation below: Me and most of my friends are using internet connection with NAT (Network Address Translation), which means we need a dynamic DNS service to be able to host games. To be able to connect to a dynamic DNS service one needs just the http address and the service translates the address to your server IP. The problem is that in CMBO you need the IP address of the server.
Raketenpanzerbuchse
This may seem a stupid question but will there be any new defensive items?( Anit-Tant trenchs, Dragons Teeth, Ect.)

I doubt something as substantial as Dragon's Teeth would make it in. BTS seems less inclined to try to tackle complicated assaults on heavily fortified defensive positions. Not sure it fits their vision of what the game is supposed to be. And it probably wouldn't be easy to do well anyway. - Chris

Wolfe
PL, a couple of the links in your first post don't work any more because of the change in forum numbers for 2001 posts (went from Forum 1 to Forum 16). The link to Russell's FAQ and the Upgrading CMBO with the CMBB Engine question. - Chris
Wolfe
Jager: I haven't seen anything about that, though I haven't been looking. You might want to bring it to Madmatt's attention with a separate post. It may or may not be an easy (and useful) thing to do for CMBB. - Chris

RedOrDead
I'm sure this has been asked and answered many, many times, but what will be the minimum configuration of PC required to run CMBB? I have a 450Mhz with (I think) a 16MB 3D card. Will this be enough?
