Baneman
...it's incredible a bug as obvious as this has remained undetected for so long :/Not so incredible - it may only have been introduced with 3.11 patch or vehicle pack, then everyone's using the new stuff, not the old. Since CW and MG modules, a lot of newer scenarios take place on more open maps ( ie. less bocage ).On top of that, people are maybe playing more CMFI or RT or even BS.If it's only one model of Sherman Rhino, it doesn't seem so odd it hasn't been noticed until now.
domfluff
Since it pops in and out at different distances (since it's presumably a LOD bug, rather than strictly a model bug), it's not even going to be obvious all the time with the model that seems to have the problem.
slysniper
Well, it proves one thing.BF likes to say, oh it cannot be a bad problem in the programming if it only shows up now. Its not a issue, if no one has noticed it until now .(well this is proof, things can be wrong and it takes a long time to notice them when there is so much to the game, that every detail is not reviewed on a constant basis) Has BF even been informed that this has been noticed. No indication in this thread as to wanting to confirm that they are aware of it now.
Baneman
BF likes to say, oh it cannot be a bad problem in the programming if it only shows up now. Its not a issue, if no one has noticed it until now .I don't think that BFC have said such things - more along the lines of "serious/major problems in the programming have all shown up long ago. Minor/edge-case problems might take longer since they're much harder to spot ( or even prove )."This looks like a graphical glitch ( ie. the bocage cutting function still works for that tank ), so it's likely to go into the "Easy to correct in the next patch" bag.(well this is proof, things can be wrong and it takes a long time to notice them when there is so much to the game, that every detail is not reviewed on a constant basis)Again, I don't think anyone is claiming that CM is bug-free and nothing can be wrong.

MarkEzra
ok after a 2nd investigation the bug is only with the M4A3(75)W, all other Rhino variants are fine. The strange thing is on the M4A3(75)W only, you can see the forks at about level 7, but then they disappear below that, only being able to see the shadows of themconfirmed and reported. You may also notice that it is only happens at a specific view...move in or out slightly and the blades return
