  1. I don't expect people to watch all of the movie, the last 10 minutes is hilarious. The Pitbull deserves an Oscar, to think of it they should introduce one for animals. The movie is worth watching if you like comedies.
  2. It is a French movie I think it is hilarious, they should have an Oscar for animals the Pitbull played it to perfection. But it i at the very end.
  3. The German made something like less than 10000 Pz 4 and Panthers but over 20000 Pak75. We all know that the allies had less than stellar tanks suited for anti tank work. You need also 2 or more JS2 to match the firing rate of a Panther.
  4. We talked about the HE what is better 28X overkill against 60+Xsufficient. I agree against buildings and pillboxes the JS2 is better. The 6 pounder HE from the Valentines were doing all right in Mountains of the Moon. More accurate than the 152 mm of the ISU 152 mm . I think it is something they should look into. The game would have been more enjoyable with T34/76's.
  5. Churchill 75mm HE more than 60 shells vs JS2 with 28 shells which is better against infantry? I take the Churchill.
  6. They had drummer boys and bugles the Scots were the exception their stealthy raids were signaled by bagpipes.
  7. 21st warfare is science fiction to me. Buddy aid, we all could have jackets which monitor blood pressure and heartbeat all relayed by GPS and uploaded. We know then instantly if key personnel like observers become casualties. Anyway I stop arguing or missions could be canceled then. All of our lives are run by hardworking committees. Play today H&H hope you all could be a fly on the wall.
  8. I got sloppy towards the end. 60 mm mortar got the troopers in the bush into a panic. The Air support covered the rear. The house fighting was rushed on the right.
  9. Blues for Allah. Away he goes $174000- according to Google. An $30000 Ute if you buy one new.
  10. I played US Marines against unconventional. It was an easy game the AI packed it in with 12 minutes to spare. It must be hard for an editor to set it up. Back to WW2 I think we have at the moment 37C + days or 100F so inside with the AC on full blast. Tomorrow carry on against a human player who comes around once a week.
  11. There is a password if you border to put one in. But you can always make an emergency call. It depends where in your formation you put an FO and one would suppose there is a protocol for in case he becomes a casualty. We need some input from people who were an FO's. Back to IED's How you trigger an IED? With a Cellphone? Lucky in my last scenario the triggerman's cellphone (I suppose that's how unconventionals set of their IED's) may have been password protected. The scenario was US Marines vs Unconventional Conscripts.
  12. Yes LOS is required the triggerman could have wiped out the HQ. Saw it only when the scenario was finished.
  13. We need an editor which can read bitmap (topographic maps) and convert to our 3D map editor code. I can't even find a means to convert them to BRZ files let alone generate a 3 D map.
  14. You Tube is the platform to promote this game. The best is still word by mouth. To be a preacher for the converted doesn't make sense. On YT are too many good video editors but not brilliant BF players. Get a professional AAR which demonstrates how the game should be played. I don't think the article was bad but some websites go the way of traditional media they get out of fashion.
  15. @LukeFF I agreed with the original post. Sorry If you find an issue with that. We all like a more playable game which maintains it realism. A little like a person picking up my cell phone after a traffic accident. To inform my family.
  16. As Soviet this is unrealistic the FO can be next to his regimental HQ and the regimental HQ still can't cancel a futile mission. A flare should be sufficient I accept the HQ is not qualified to or has the skills to call new coordinates but it certainty can communicate stop.
  17. Comparing apples and oranges you need rear echelon suppression. It cost Napoleon the battle of Waterloo because Ney's cavalry went too far ahead of the artillery. The Stugs III if I recall have far less HE than a 105 mm off map. Just compare a Sherman with a radio who contacts his 105 mm artillery far more valuable than a Soviet SU152mm. At least that is my opinion. It is a nice scenario and as German you must keep an eye on your HE and your infantry and don't just blast away. Nowadays a 155mm can drop its shells right inside an area of a soccer field from 30 km away. It would make this scenario boring.
  18. A unit which is qualified to call in artillery should also have the ability to contact the artillery to cancel a futile mission.
  19. You must have a visual which says knocked out or abandoned. Even on Iron it shows this when you have a full contact. On WeGo replay every time there is an exchange of fire.
  20. Nice to follow this battle against a human player. Even when you play the AI Soviet infantry was set up to seriously disrupt your attack. There were no formulas to get them out of buildings. The lack of artillery shows in this battle (there is none).
