  1. Thanks @Schrullenhaft

I should have checked the English wikipedia
    in french wiki  say:
"In addition to additional radio equipment, the cannon was replaced by a Breda Mod machine gun. 38 of 8 mm. After the signing of the armistice this version was also retained and used by the Wehrmacht renamed PzBefWg L6 770 (i) ."
    in english wiki say
" in its place there was an 8 mm Breda mod. 38 machine gun, disguised as a 47 mm gun.[6] This variant had twin radio aerials as well as the mock gun barrel."

I have already noticed that there is sometimes information missing and other in addition

If all the vehicles are removed from that picture, it almost looks like a scene from the so called Great War.

What type of motorcycle is that.   Matchless or maybe a Royal Enfield  ???????

I am not a specialist in English motorcycles, even motorcycles in general
but tubular motorcycle fork, we see the exhaust on the side and the small rear saddle
    Matchless G3/L

  3. beautiful story @hank24
I still look thoughtfully at your avatar. I had among my relatives a former Pzrgt I / 24 attached to division 116 PZ. He was wireless operator on Panther in Normandy. he was very attached to the color yellow, the traditional color of the cavalry, and to this badge.

    he is  gone now...

  4. Lanl summed up my feelings about CM, well too bad I didn't known earlier, and I had to wait until 2017
A guy had told me about it excitedly after we talked about Squad Leader and Close Combat which I played heavily in my youth. Alas but I didn’t go through the search , anyway I didn’t play any computergames and didn’t have a graphics card. Now I have one just for me, reserved only for CM !!!
I am also very impressed by the community which interacted with this forum, some are real well of science and that in all the fields
Check out the new Cold War forum even if you are not interested in the topic, the enthusiasm and quality of the topics covered is breathtaking, it is a real pleasure to read and listen !! I discovered this fantastic piece of music from Berlin express Die Russen kommen that will me serve as the back music to the game.
    I don’t  "like" it, I don’t have enough. .
i would have liked to be there when cm Normandie came out, i've been to see it before and i think i'll do some archeology on the forum.
    welcome

  5. Yes I will put it on CM Mod Warehouse, I asked Bootie to put it online it's ebn cour
It is an improvement of the first one which allows to have united roads on the maps of Kandu.
By the way go see what he has posted on CMW since the beginning of the year, there is among other things a scenario on the battle of Buron "Bloody Buron overhaul" remarkable

  6. Looking at the magnificent master map: "Les Hauts Vents & Pont Hébert" from Kandu which used "Road at 22.5 °" for its realization, I saw that the mod could be improved.

    So here is version 2

    210218053437741124.jpg

I invite you to go and see the results on this map where the new mod is up to the breathtaking work it has done.

    use

Dragged the file into your z file

It will appear in maps made with 22.5 ° roads

For the design of a map, the keys 1 2 3 5 8 10 13 and 15 are now available and will allow you to make the roads at 22.5 ° but also a wide variety of turns.

For maps containing a highway, it can cause problems (to be checked according to the map) in this case it must be removed from the z file

  7. This is a exellent text !!
I, who am less enthusiastic than the majority about this conflict which I still feel when I think back to the heavy atmosphere, the anxiety of adults at the news of Brezhnev's death (I still hear the radio announcing it and my mother worry aloud about the successor) alarming press messages and a teacher who explained to us what we had to do in the event of a nuclear impact.
The movie Red Dawn in '84 had finished terrifying me and I rolled my eyes whenever I heard a plane persuaded to see hundreds of Soviet paratroopers scattered across the sky.
What a magnificent plea for the interest of this game, i am conviced !
So thanks to you and Bill.
