Put like that my money's on b. Russian AD is one of the few things that seems to have got better. If it was one aircraft shot down, maybe, but not four, with two being slow moving helicopters.
Maybe the Ukrainians have got better capabilities, maybe the Russians got sloppy. Who knows
But it doesn't really matter what I think. What matters is what the Russian's know. If it was there own AD, then lessons learned. If it was Ukrainian something or other, then they'll have to change their behaviour.
The one thing I can say with absolute certainty - it wasn't me!

I wouldn't read those documents in that spirit- US must balance help provided (likely sharper strategy vouched by DoD) with more global needs to contain Russia and its atomic arsenal (my very limited understanding of division as to strategy re UA points to Department of State as "doves").
A lot issues here- already known  capabilities, faster delivery, aaccessibility of trained personnel on Soviet stuff etc. Strykers did started to appear on Ukrainian soil, while I did not see Bradleys yet.
Yes, Central Europe (minus Hungary) naturally has simple view of this conflict- kick Muscovites into the stomach as much as possible. But truth to be told, no state here has traditions of for example nuclear deterrence and thousands of caveats attached to it, and very few understand what it means to play a conflict on a globe, not on map, with keeping global economy running, trade circulation unobstructed, global balance of forces etc. So in a way we undestand more due to closeness to Russia, but on the other- less than US.

The leak has some numbers on the Buk + Sea Sparrow combination (also called "Project FrankenSAM" in there), I'm not sure if the numbers refer to launchers or missiles, however.

Today I am a very proud and happy German-American.  😀
I am guessing these would be in the field late summer at the earliest?  Delivery, crew & maintenence training, logistics, unit training.  Hopefully can't get into the fight for at least September/October before the mud hits.  
It's gonna be weird in June to see bradley/T72 combined arms units but hopefully at least that will be ready soon.

Supposed to be end of March. They pull them from existing Btls. Ukrainian troops are getting training already at german armour school (KTS2) in Munster, Lower Saxony. As soon as the crews are ready they can go to Ukraine. Next step then will be Gefechtstraining (battletraining) on Kp and Btl. level as well as combined arms coordination with mech inf. 

Ah, yes, I should've been more clear.  "in the field" meant all the pieces that go into having a trained & supplied and operational battalion sized unit, ready for battle w proper logistics tail.  Delivery & crew training could be happening but maintenence & logistics systems need to be set up in theater.
