Great news, I had assumed it didn't run Vista and everything forward. I will load up BB and give it a test spin. Yup, I guess "To The Volga" is outside of the time line. So we will just have to wait for the release of "CM-TTV".

Is anyone planning this? I know CMBB doesn't run on windows 7 and the $5 patch is required. Any chance BFC could toss in the CMBB patch with the purchase of CMRT?

My guess is they will do CMBN 3.X upgrade like they did 1.X to 2.X upgrade. Offer the 3.X upgrade only for $10. Then later on (months) release another pack with new units that include FTs and 3.X will come with that. No need to buy RT or Italy upgrades.

You need to have a HQ radio dude near (voice command distance) the mortar in addition to the spotting HQ radio dude. Two other HQ spotting scenarios are: 1. Mortar is in direct voice command of spotter HQ. This could be a HQ guy peeking thru a hedge row talking back to the mortar. 2. Off board artillery - then only one radio HQ is needed. - - - Your problem could also be mortars are too close to a building or trees and they cant shoot over them to get to the target.

It is an optional tool for handling Head to Head game files. It isn't needed when playing 1 or 2 guys. But if you get 4 or 5 games going at once it really simplifies things. It automatically transfers files to and from Dropbox. And lets you know its your turn for each game. Also displays time since last turn. So when something is a few days stale you can ping your opponent.
