Emrys, Good call. They marked their vehicles with little Viking Ships afterwards. You can still see them in 1941 when the HG Flak Regiment rolled into Russia as part of Operation Barbarossa. DavidI

Sgtgoody, And Poland and East Prussia and Silesia. For a Division formed relatively late in the war, it got around. It was earmarked for Normandy when the Destruction of Army Group Center in June/July 44 caused it to be sent to Poland instead. DavidI

Kingfish, I know quite abit about the HG. Interesting LW formation to be sure. Airforce Tank Divisions are the wave of the future! Soon everbody will want one. BTW there are a lot of pictures of HG members going into, or in, captivity at the end of the Tunisian Campaign. Lots of them ended up in Canada for the duration. DavidI

SPW 251/1, 2, 10 and 17 winterized, Late War. I love Gurra's dirty winter look for ETO, but always wanted a different look for CMBB. That look was provided by Dey's (Daffy) excellent mods. Aragorn, The 250/1, 7 & 10 will work as numbered for CMBB. The 250/8 and 9 you have to add 10 to the front of the bmp number (ie 3520 must be changed to 103520). You could probably do it quicker than I will. David
