  1. rdg go to the sd and get all of hans' small battles. the burma ones are great. there are lots of scens out there that play well with pacific terrain. someday i will put a list at my website of pto battles.
  2. brits always are od on usa maybe helps aerial recognition? btw gautrek, pink is gone my experience driving here in the desert, rear of vehicles get more dust stuck on them because of turbulence vs airflow.
  3. methinks seek hull down is not a generic order to be given when the enemy is unknown. it can be used as a fine tune tool when your armor has retreated from a now known threat, or advancing toward a suppressed enemy. but not always perfect. sometimes your armor wont move at all after the order given because of something it sees somewhere that you are not looking at.
  4. the s d always worked well for me. i'm in no hurry. i enjoy perusing the selections and reading all the text before downloading.
  5. you can also use the new address http://www.dragonlair.net/combatmission/
  6. drive in circles till its desert colour
  7. i like the dark green. flashbacks of too many british cars in my life.
  8. kinda sorta maybe, the grass works. the buildings are a lot of work to renumber, and there are not enough of them. no damaged ones. see my site for ideas.
  9. if you ever get noor lens, one word, for new orleans, and see and hear all the dialects and nuances of language, it makes even more semse. dont blame the english speakers for this one, lol no offense to any cajuns, but my observation of the original acadiens, i one of lesser educated outcasts who had to escape the french canadians. therefore some words could be misspoken and changed as time went by. please correct me if wrong. i miss crawlers and chickory coffee in the qtr. but i can get crawdads at the orleans buffett in vegas.
  10. ooh never thought of surrendered troops spotting for their own side, some one know the answer?

  12. that was my question. i dont know where we get the word cajun from acadians, or canadians, or quebecois, or ??? i probably read about it but dont remember. cajun from bocajers made sense though.
  13. juju i copied and renumbered the thompson for 1921 , 25021 grease gun. looks great with my marines.
  14. and what do we get for december holidays? just kidding, we all appreciate your hard work
  15. i have all of puds maps. you can use parts of maps too by opening in editor and changing size. really too bad the cmbb maps at der kessel cant be instantly cmak maps.
  16. thanks, lucho i am playing another of hans battles in addition to some pto. hans usual nice map has a river near my setup zone, with a broken bridge. the next crossing is at the other end of the map, near the vl. of course the only avenue of movement (road in tall palms) funnels me into enemy crossfire. would have liked to use that bridge.
  17. 20 turns in a hour???? dont you look at anything? in two hours i maybe get in 5 turns, company sized battle.
