  1. Huntarr When you are giving your Strykers area fire orders like that, what happens if a real threat pops-up? They are still doing area fire, and would get killed. Plus you are wasting tons of ammo
  2. I remember shooting the Loader's 240 on a Tank Table (3, I think), and thinking: I am not going to hit **** with this. I then sprayed a siluette of a truck, and hit few troop targets. The damn 240 jumped around, and it was difficult to control where the rounds where going. Plus there was no sight, just point in the general direction. Also, I felt like I would be very exposed it that was a combat situation, and thought that would be the last thing I would want to do.
  3. 76mm You didnt see me in this thread? Post #2? I would like to see the loader's 240 replaced by Mk19. Now that would be sweet
  4. Huntarr You are giving me a hard-on with those photos. Thanks!
  5. Can I get some help? I cant play CMSF anymore!
  6. Not very original This is what the Army doing already
  7. Ability to adjust the waypoints was not included in CMSF for some reason
  8. All very correct, and pretty much what I posted earlier. Yes, it is possible with M1A1, TC has over-ride control of the main gun
  9. Steve You are correct - the gunner would take over the loading job, while TC can continue firing main gun, even from his usual position
  10. Is this forum for the BFC to offer possible fixes or for the customers to try to help each other? I am not seeing any helpful posts from BFC here at Tech Support at all
  11. I would love to see in addition to Rangers, SF and Delta guys, Private Military Contractors like Blackwater represented They would represent Blue Uncon Forces
  12. How about a caption " We fixed this in 1.04"
  13. I posted about the TC model and other "in-hatch gunner" models several months ago, to no response from BFC. Their hands should be leaning against the lip of the hatch in front if them for support, or, when firing, on the 50cal butterfly triggers. Lats thing you want it when the driver slams the brakes is to hit the 50cal mount with your teeth, or hit the metal hatch lip with your gut (done both in RL) The way I would code it in game is like this. Keep the current "attached to the floor with feet" soldier model, but then attach the hands to the hatch in fron of him. Make the elbow and shoulder joints flexible, so as the model moves back and forth, his hands stay attached to the hatch or the MG in front of him PS. Just noticed that the M1 TC model was changed so he is leaning forward and has a hand up. It looks a lot better. The Humvee gunner model , or the M1 loader models have not been changed, they still stand up with arms at their sides I know BFC had limited time to push the product out of the door, so I hope these and other models/animations will be improved, perhaps with CM Marines release [ April 15, 2008, 10:30 AM: Message edited by: M1A1TC ]
  14. Nothing like having a grunt with shaky hands practice IVs on you. </font>
  15. The official name is Combat Life Savers (CLS) certified, or Advanced Combat Life Savers (ACLS) This is training that usually offered line soldiers about twice a year. ( I am the latter)
  16. You are right about the lighting, and it was even worse before I tried to lighen the top portion in the Photoshop, but the problem is that that was someone else's camelbak, mine is not ACU. Ill try the Photoshop again to get the lighting right
  17. Ever since I did something to fix it, my issue now is with the keyboard control. When I use the mouse, everything is fine. If I press any keyboard button, game freezes for several seconds, and is uncontrolable
  18. Could you release that list? Are MRAPS or FRAG 5 Humvees on it?
  19. I thought it meant they spotted Solid Snake
  20. Hey, if MikeyD can bump his own mod thread, I am going to do the same in case someone missed this.
  21. Dont forget that Abrams has an axillary Mk1 Eyeball sight that looks exactly at the same spot where the main gun is aiming at. So possibly you could get a glimpse of your target using that through the smoke, versus thermals. Also, the M1A1 driver's night periscope is image intensification, not thermals. They might have changed that in M1A2
