Well guys, we had a blast. Played all kinds of cmbb games; even took on the evil Chicago crew of Rune's in a tcp match. Amazingly, Rune wanted to play one of his own scenarios...... DOH! I am sure that the attendees here will be posting their opinions and impressions. jw

OK We are on the 4 hour countdown! I have arranged for a tcp grudge match between us Southern Folk against the evil Chicagoans of Rune's preview..... muhahahahahahah! jw

OK guys, only 1 more shopping day. I don't want to hear any whining about cmbb if you live in these states and didn't show... Seriously, there is plenty of room for you guys. I have three computers setup now, one of them with a 29" monitor. They are all on a LAN. Email me by friday night if you are going to make it. jw

hehe - thanks Richard. That brings to mind a good point, for those who might be interested in a road trip, let me know. I am willing to work with you as far as start and end times and can even provide a corner to sleep in if you need it. jw

Hello everyone. Rune and the folks at BTS have opened up the opportunity for some of the beta testers around the world to provide another "Sneak Preview". I live in Myrtle Beach, SC, and will be available on Saturday July 13th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm to showcase cmbb. Hi Zahl, Swamp is indeed from TH. However, Wreck hasn't played at TH for some 8-10 months now, and Ghost plays the majority of his games at Band of Brothers now, so I don't really know which ladder you would consider him from. It is certainly indisputable that all three are among the best players of Combat Mission in the world! Can't wait to see the results of the tournament. jw Edited because I cannot spell. Sure, I have done that myself. What you want to do is take a screenshot first, by lining up the picture you want and then pressing alt-print screen. This will save the image on your clipboard. ESC out of combat mission and open a simple photo editor such as Microsoft Paint, click new file, and then cntrol-v to paste the saved screen image. What I do then is save the image as a jpeg file and reopen it with my photo editing software. I crop it to the size I wish, print it out and presto, I have a recon photo. jw
