You mean this? Nashorn with some 5/6 of its height profile behind ridge. Imagine how hard it would be to spot one from anything over 500m. Then how about hitting it? Theres not much room for range estimation error. I hope this can be simulated in next engine as binary system doesnt count sometimes HUGE advantages of hull down. Looks awesome. But maybe bit too clean for soviets. Atleast here in finnish front soviets had usually quite dirty snow clothing. Or so vets say. Finns washed their snow clothing more often, but from pics ive seen it was usually still very dirty at times. Those white clothes have to be washed very often to stay anywhere near near white looking.

CDV version is crappy IMO. 1. It loads for ages. Up to 45sec on my system. (US ver. about 5secs or so) 2. It makes my DVD drive moan like for last day. (Actually it quits responding totally from time to time. Even windows cant find whole drive until reboot.) 3. All that censored hardcoded and bmp stuff. (Schoerners anti censorhip loader causes blue sceen crash about 50% of time on my system unless "wait" time is huge. ie. 60sec) US version works like a dream with no problems whatsoever. Orientation of vehicle doesnt affect spotting at all in CMBB. AFAIK. Only hardcoded silhouette value matters. (Atleast in shooting accuracy) I guess it doesnt effect spotting tho.
