Hello there (Treeburst, Nabla)! I just wanted to ask if any unbalanced scen tournament is planned/coming up? I remember signing up in one prospect CMBB tourney when CMBB wasn't even finished. Simply put, i just finished playing in one other tourney (lost miserably) that wasn't up to my taste and left me longing for something similar to Nordic Wannabe Tourney. Thanks.

Too many times in QB i've seen frozen water in summer months, using northern region setting, but this was something extraordinary: In a QB set in August 1944, midday, clear skies, it is Extremely Cold and because of that my defending troops (i guess) cannot dig in. Now i now Lappland isn't Caribbean, but aren't we to harsh on our northern friends?

I had once a Sgt Gordeeva (or something like that) in a QB as squad leader. So it's not that woman are completely left out.

Because they return into "sneak-mode" at the very first second of movie no matter what order you've given them.

In numerous occasions in CMBB i've seen the platoon's HQ tank being of lower experience than rest of the platoon. For example, in current QB, i have a T34 platoon: HQ tank is Conscript (with +1 morale and command) and both tanks in his command are Green quality. What is the logic behind it? Shouldn't it be the more experienced tank who leads other tanks?

What's a problem with CMBO artillery? Last time i checked it killed (my) grunts with ease. Ouch, CM is strategy game? I was thinking... Never mind.

From my observations in CMBB "Move" command has a tendency to be changed by TacAI to Run command when unit is fired upon. Very unwelcome thing, given the troops under Run order are now much more vulnerable. The thing Sigurd said about MTC with CA might be useful IF there is a possibility to give a group CA order. Otherwise there's a big waste of our precious time.

I thought of doing a translation, but there's too many WAVs, too little time. I would be ready to share some part of the work with other people, that way it would be doable for me.

How big these scens are going to be? Both point- and map-wise.

Now i'm sure that bug is frozen to death, but anyway, here it is: I played that scenario and (by mistake) selected to play the Soviet side. Thing is - only three German units showed up to challenge me. After the battle ended i looked at the map, and almost all german units were left hiding by the scenario designer. DON'T DO THAT! This is a known bug (sort off), i've reported that to guys at Der Kessel some time ago (and AFAIK, they told that to BTS also). The thing is AI won't UNHIDE the troops for the whole length of the battle. Fix or somefink.

I play almost only PBEMs, and yes they take a long time. Usually it's not even one turn per day, but one file per day (depends on player's timezones). We could play some small, short battle for starters.

Hi and greetings for coming out of lurk mode! There are two laddars, AFAIK, Tournament House and Rugged Defense . I just yesterday recieved the game, and currently have no CMBB PBEMs going on, so send me a setup, small scenario preferably, e-mail adress is in the profile.

Got the stuff! Spent part of yesterdays night (til 3 a.m.) browsing through the manual. NOW i'm ready to take on the Olde One. I'd prefer something like 1945, North, Soviet attack lead by me, computer picked toys. Should i just send you the setup?
