  1. Eh? Wot? 5 foot!?!? I beg to differ. I'm more than 5 feet. In heels anyways. And I do NOT have a 70's porn star moustache!! Maybe. It's closer to the 80's I think. Harv
  2. You mean there are still people in North Dakota? Will wonders never cease. Although, if you wanna drive north for close to forever plus 4 hours Wildman, drop me a note and you can come up to Scratchnwin for a peek. Harv
  3. 58,000 sheep? In one place? WhooHoo!!! Oh wait...they're diseased. You can have 'em all Mace. Of course, you were probably the one that spread the disease, in which case I understand why they were put on the ship. Harv
  4. LOL. And you think that would happen even if you Did want us banned? Go to your dictionary and look up "Reality". Now, try to realize that you're not in it. This is the Cesspool foolio. Are you getting it yet? This has been another public service announcement brought to you from Cuba North by Harv.
  5. No. See Above. If you have a strategy, you still ain't gettin' it. Go away. Harv Ps. Nice pics Mace. If you come over to this real continent next year, will you bring her with you?
  6. Don't count on it. Harv Ps. Please stay gone. Edited to note that I am sheep-lipped. Not goat...sheep. Just ask Mace. Idjit. [ September 19, 2003, 11:57 PM: Message edited by: Harv ]
  7. Ummm.... Been busy? Actually, I just got done that harvest type thingy so that the rest of you slackers/tossers/losers can continue eating. Which really makes me wonder why I do it, but I digress... Speaking of which, I must find out if there is any way to ensure that Cabdriver never eats anything produced in Canaduh. If he's forced to eat imported food (cows are happy outside of Cuba North I hear), then hopefully then he'll pick some other poor sodding country to move to and defend and finally leave us to be picked on in peace. I'll tell you about the skunk in the wheat swath that went through the combine later maybe. I'd hate to have the Ladies afraid of what might be in the next loaf of bread they open. Harv
  8. Well isn't that a pesser. Seanachai, if I'd know you wanted your own Canuckianite Personal Stalker / (slash) Mortal Enemy I would have gladly volunteered. Now the new idjit from Nova Scotia (which I don't believe...with his attitude he Has to be from Toronto) has the title and he probably won't give it up without a lot of crying, whining and another government handout (or two). I'm so depressed / (slash) upset I think I'm actually going to let you say nice things about Canaduh for as long as you want. Or I think you're being nice to us. Whichever comes first. Harv Ps. If I can find my copy of Care and Feeding of Your Personal Stalker I'll send it to you. I think it's even the Cuba North edition with the coupons for free health care inside.
  9. Eh? Wannabe? You mean we aren't already? {sigh} Time to get the "Please Invade Us" signs back up on the border I guess. Sorry to interrupt. Please continue waffling in threats. Or sumfink. Harv
  10. My gawd Cabron, for the love of all thats west of Ontario, will you please go find another country to call home and defend. As if Canaduh doesn't have enough problems...the last thing we need is you trying to save it from the eeeevil amelicans and other horrible people on this forum. At the rate you're going people will be thinking we're no better than those Aussie types (not that there's anything wrong with that), and nobody wants to be thought of as no better than the Aussie types. So, to sum up...Leave Canaduh Out Of This!!! Thank you for your cooperation. Harv
  11. Hmm, maybe I was wrong (it does happen sometimes) about Cabron666 after all. He is definitely from Eastern Canaduh. All the signs are there in his posts. Waddya think Mr. Dorosh? Want to start a pool on which city over there he calls home? My five bucks is on Toronto, or an uptight suburb near there. Harv
  12. No Way is this guy from Canaduh. Sure we're morally superior to all those smelly Amelicans and all that, but I've never met any other of the 230 Canuckianites who are That superior. Well, except for Dorosh, but he's from Alberta and they have a reason to act superior. But I digress... So, the only answer is that Cabron66 is a Canaduh wannabe imposter type of poster! Judging from his...errr...judging, and complete lack of humility or humor, I'd say he is from ....ummm... somewhere else. Or across the straw curtain in Alberta. Or sumfink. And to stay on topic...moving in snow in uniform is either easy or difficult, depending on whether it's easy or difficult that day. Glad I could help. Harv {edited to express just how much I really really despise Albertians} [ September 18, 2003, 02:03 PM: Message edited by: Harv ]
  13. Screw the video card...how much do I have to send to keep Seen...Saen...Snew...errr...the Gnome out of Canada? Forever! Or if he insists on coming back how much to ensure that he brings enough of those smelly amelicans with him that it looks like we've been invaded and we can finally surrender and get HBO legally? How do ya like that lack of puctuation eh? Harv
  14. A public thanks to (the now former) Fearless Leader for all that he's done for B&T, and the CM community as a whole. And a word of warning to all...never get between Wyatt and his vodka. Don't say you weren't warned... Harv
  15. Best wishes to you, your mother and your family Seanachai. Our thoughts are with you. Amd condolences in advance for your annual trek to the frozen wastelands of Cuba North. Oh, did I mention that Lurker is losing to me yet again? The bastage better quit sandbagging soon, or I'll...do something. Or not. Maybe. Harv
  16. And for those who took off before we were able to get the official CMvention thank you plaque done, here it is... Harv
  17. Make sure you are not running the games in compatability mode. If they are, the CD checks will fail on both games. To check, just right click on your desktop shortcuts to the each game, select Properties and then select the Compatabiliy tab. Make sure nothing on that page is selected or checked. posted by Madmatt via proxy (on Harvs laptop)
  18. They're new, they're out, they're still busted for CM. Harv
  19. Eh? (That's Canadian for Eh? for all you furriners out there), wot's this? It's summertime? When did it become summertime? Who (why) is Joe? Am I still a kaniggit? Was I really here (or there) before? Am I still in a house, or a condo? It has been so long. Too long. Almost forever long. My apologies for not making it longer. Harv Ps. This space intentionally left blank.
  20. Is this with the Cat 3.2's? Z Mask is disabled by default in them, and I have found no other setting that will fix the text problems in CM with Smoothvision turned on.
  21. There have been reports of people in the UK getting their copies of FB, but they might have ordered from the US or Canada. Btw Phil, I'm still trying to get ahold of a Toshiba laptop to play with. Hopefully it will be soon. Apparently the Cat 3.3's due in 4-6 weeks are supposed to have huge performance increases for some cards. I would recommend everyone with an ATI card to e-mail them and inform them that they might want to squash a bug or two first. Harv
  22. The 3.2's are out, and I see no change/improvement on my 9700 Pro. FSAA is still broke in CM and BF1942, wierd textures in IL-2 FB, and no performance gain that I can see. They do have lots of fixes for other games though. Read the release notes here . Harv
  23. Phil, I'm still working on your Toshiba problem. I think I can get access to one with a 4Go in it this weekend, and if I can I'll see what I can up with different driver versions. Hopefully we'll be able to get you going on yours shortly. Harv
  24. LMAO. And they say us Canucks are morally superior...did you live up here once? I can assure you that I have played CMBB (perfectly) on an 8000, 8100 and 8200, all with GF4 Go video, all with Win XP, and with different (and varying) driver versions up to and including the 42.xx series. None of us who own/use these computers were teenagers, and I think we just might have had more than "basic" apps loaded also. By the way, your 8200 will soon not be listed for sale any more now that the 8500 is available. So, I would suggest the the problem is Not so much with CM, as it is with your computer setup. I would also suggest that you become reactive, and fix those problems with your computer before blaming something else. To sum up (and repeat myself)...using Toshiba Drivers in a Dell laptop is a very bad idea. Harv
