Not to out grog you or anything but I believe its called and est-set (phonetically anyway) Berli is the best user of ineffectual smoke screens. bauhaus is the best at having a single turn that guts his whole match. Seanachai is tops at the whole Don Quixote thing. Persephone is the best battlefield reporter. Hiram excels at quitting games part way through. Stuka has the best co-pilot. OGSF writes the clearest, most concise AARs Kitty looks the best in her uniform, and YK2 the best out (if Persephones photos are to be believed anyway)
