PSY
Is there an easy way to create a screen shot in CMSF?
MikeyD
What's that keyboard command - F13 or F14? I always forget which. Depending on your system it should throw a screenshot into your clipboard and you can then 'paste' it into a paint program.

handihoc
Or get FRAPS, which is free and gives you your frame rate as well as taking instant screenshots.
costard
Yup - Print Screen, open Paint and ctrl-v - et voila.
PSY
Yup - Print Screen, open Paint and ctrl-v - et voila. I tried that. I get a big black 1920x1200 square.
hcrof
I tried that too - just got a pic of my desktop!
costard
I tried that. I get a big black 1920x1200 square. Odd:confused: Works fine for me. Open paint, open CMSF, get into game. Hit print screen, Alt-tab to paint, use mouse to click onto new page and Ctrl-v. I'm not particularly 'puter savvy (they tolerate me, barely); maybe OS? maybe graphics card? Maybe 'puters are even less tolerant of you than me?
MarkEzra
The try Fraps...It's free and allows you to take multiple pics without having to exit the game.
MikeyD
I work on a bootcamped mac which probably entirely discredits my earlier F14 key advice. I don't even have a 'print screen' button button on my keyboard! Fraps works too.
PSY
Okay, I got FRAPS. Thanks guys. Failure of my print screen must be a video card device driver thing or something.
