I love it how you make such drama of a simple game Kuni . Lead tester, Hubert`s brother. ROFLMAO! It took me over a year to get on this beta, I am 99.99% sure I am the third tester on board and that Dave and Bill started at the same time. I live somewhat close to Hubert (4-5 hours away) that is about as close as I have ever been to him. I can guarantee you we never had the same mother`s milk. Kuni, Zapp and JJR, you three are quite the characters some times. Thanks for the BIG laugh. I never thought I would be part of a conspiracy theory. LOL! So what, it still does'nt prove that you and Hubert are not half brothers. You may share the same father but not mother thus it may be true you did'nt share mother's milk. Well either that or you're that Oxnard fella Jersey keeps on mentioning.

JerseyJohn
DesertDave and Kuni, perhaps the two of you, with your greater poetic senses, can help me. I'm trying to write some verse I call Ode to my Gas Guzzling, Environment Killing S. U. V. and am presently stuck in the middle of it. What I need is a few things that rhym with Truck, Yap and Sit. Dude, you need some help on life? Give me a buzz on ICQ or SC-Buntaland...you have hope, but just don't know it.
Desert Dave
Boardwalk Raconteur, Very good! to once again See you - a'ramblin' 'round This ol' SC Town! Stay awhile, wouldja? We are a'times irreverant And too, Clown-house rowdy, Though, You'll likely notice there are no Roads so black-top, white-line, East-West wicked As Route 66, nah, Who's been makin' 'at stuff up? Ain't got none of them "gate of pearls" Nor enny cranberries, LOL, least, not between Desert City and handsome, Hollywood or bust! - San Berdoo. A few too many STOP! signs, well What can you do, They ain't so hot About drag-races tracing Little frilly fillips through The Mayor's prize winning tulip garden, LOL, And the Town Council tends To be a mite paternalistic, but, Usually fair, Ya gotta admit. But there is that Memorial Park, The one wrought-iron bench, And plenty of trees So to provide some soothing shade! And ample space to set up yer chess-board, And then! Oh you bet! Then! We shall see some REAL slow-mo poetry! As you and Bobby Fischer Duel like old-schooled fools, ah Musing, pausing, making adept moves All over the place, Tile-to-tile As some of the greatest games Will have it, and laughing! lazing! Another! Amazing-crazy day away! DesertDave and Kuni, perhaps the two of you, with your greater poetic senses, can help me. I defer to not Kafka's K. As clearly evidenced above, He can best write out the lines, Scansion them entangling jangles, O Arrange the fickle spheric music, and Not to omit, gift Whitman-esque life to the rhyme. Not I. See, And you, JJ, if no-one else, Realizes this to be a simple truth; I NEVER claimed to be any... "poet." Somebody ELSE mentioned that. Not I, nix, no, NEVER did I, Not ever would I do, And as proofs plu-perfect, Any wondering member can go back And search EVERY single post I done made in these here 4 years, And nowhere, I full firmly aver, Shall they find Such a... presumptious boast. Anyhow, Don't be a Stranger! We need all the Philosopher Kings We can get our... sort-of-Thor-like Hands on! (... though, of late, ol' Liam has been a'sayin' some truly cool "thesis-antithesis" sorts of NC sing-song things! )
JerseyJohn
Greetings, DD, True, you've never said you were a poet, but you do post in verse, which I happen to like quite a bit, so to me you're a poet. Not that it needs to be qualified, as you actually are a poet regardless of whether I thought so or not -- it just happens that I do think so. Also true that I haven't been posting here as much as I did in the past. Isn't much for me to say that wasn't said two-three and four years ago. When there is, I'm sure I'll be in there again with the other members telling me to do less talking and more playing.

Dis-compacted? Anywhow, first 3 lines, minus the parenthetical - ah, they just couldn't close out the 2-4 rhyme... taken closely verbatim from a strange EM I got notso long ago, LOL, ah, it's alright, it HAS to be ) JJ, Ever the simpatico gentleman, Since you didn't mention That you and I, During course of many, many EM's, And on various forums, Have indeed discussed all sorts Of writing, poetry and Bold told Naked City prose, included. Anyway, We NEED yer presence, Raconteur sir, Not to mention, SOME - but not all! Of yer... past. [... JerseyJohn
DD, Appreciated and likewise, my versical simpatico friend. Life's wanderings have led me to other locales, but I move in predictable cycles and will stroll through here again, and often, while struggling to dodge the sea gulls. Moon
Yup, in production officially now, meaning that from here to the time that you'll hold the game in your hands is a matter of replication, picking and packaging and shipping times. So it's still not going to happen tomorrow, but we're on schedule! Martin

Moon
We don't have the facilities in-house to produce thousands of CDs (nor print the manuals), so yes, it's outsourced; then shipped to our warehouses in Vermont and Ireland, assembled and then mailed out to you guys. SeaMonkey
Okay Moon ole buddy, not to put you on the spot or anything, just an approximation will do. What's your best guess for a shipping date based on previous history? Moon
Problem is, previous history doesn't mean much this time, because we're doing things totally different. You'll know what I mean quite soon... Martin
