CDV: where do they put Combat Mission

I wasn't asking where can you buy it.

I was asking where it gets installed when you get

it from CDV, if that happened to be your fate.

From one coder to another - get your mod manager app (I assume that's why you're asking) to check this reg key:

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CDV Software Entertainment AG\Combat Mission 2\U.S. English version\target folder"

I'm looking for the US version of this registerkey for some time, does anybody have the path for me ?

On my machine it installs where I bloody well tell it to install (normally c:\wargames). Virtually all games you buy these days will default to C:\Program Files, but it's only a default and mainly intended for people who don't understand directory stuctures.
