Baker350
I am working on a combat mission related project and I ran into algebra related impasse. Can someone please solve this for X? Don't forget to show your work =) (((0.091*28.82)-x)*92.736)*100 = ((7.264*100)*(41-(28.82-x)))

Baker350
I am sorry if my algebra skills are not up to your high standards Juardis. I haven't had to mess with it since college. You could of just helped a CM brother out instead of chastising my meager abilities.

bfamily33
Damn Marco, that explains why your mods are so detailed. I'd bet you have a pair of calipers and sliderule and before you create one of your famous mods you actually create a full size working model. JasonC
Here is my work - drag cursor over equation. select "copy" from pop up menu. open mathematica. type 2+2 hit shift-return to evaluate and load the program kernal. position cursor over the next line. select "paste" from pop-up menu. add a second equals sign, ==, to make the statement a mathematica equation. hit shift-return. type solve[%]. hit shift return. The answer is x = 1.54736 I'm sure you thought you had a point...
