joethejet
I've been trying to find any info about the campaigns ) in the latest release. I'm trying to decide between Rome to Victory Module and Fire and Rubble. I figure info on the campaigns would help me figure it out. I posted similarly on the Red Thunder Forum to get both sides of the story. I hope this isn't bad form. Thanks, Joe
kohlenklau
You cheeky ba$tard! Just kidding. Of course you are smart to ask... R2V HAS 2 CAMPAIGNS THAT I SEE, BOTH MEDIUM R2V FIRST BLOOD AT CELLENO R2V OPERATION ENCORE
joethejet
What do we know about First Blood? I know Operation Encore is a mountain battle situation. Or at least I assume.
Ts4EVER
I have both and as someone who basically only plays scenarios and campaigns in single player, Fire and Rubble is far superior. If you are more of a multiplayer or quick battle player, R2V will probably give you more variety though.

He narrowly escapes the manhunt, but it will take his former commander (Richard Crenna) to save the hunters from the hunted.

It takes me long enough to get through a game with a small number of units!
kohlenklau
You're probably staying in for New Years...just buy both modules!
joethejet
I'm sure I'll get both eventually. This one is a Christmas present. Got to save something for my birthday!
Ultradave
Both are good with lots of content. I would say to pick the one that you are most interested in and you'll have fun. Can't go wrong either way. Dave
Sgt.Squarehead
On balance I'd probably recommend CM:RT-F&R, despite CM:FI-R2V being possibly my favourite CM release.
