Knocking Berlin over would have been an NVA task - they're not included in the title so not sure if we'll see this.  Plus the fact, Berlin was somewhat different in the late 70s/early 80s than it was in 1945.

Sure, the master map thing was a joke, but US Berlin Infantry battalion is listed in the TO&E list, so someone is thinking Berlin.

Yes the Berlin Brigade organization is included in this game.  I will let @The_Capt give you the broad strokes as he prepped the US TO&E,

Broad strokes is that the Bns in this Bde were oddballs.  Based on a Light Bn structure but it had limited armour.  The whole thing was limited by peace treaties, more of a “presence” outfit in my opinion.  Would be very interesting to see it in a streetlight.

To anyone who may know. There is (or was) a board war game called Berlin '85. The order of battle included in that game had many problems. In doing some research on a correct OOB I found a vague note that suggested the Western powers augmented their force with German MP units. Does anyone know anything about that? I know the Bundeswehr couldn't have forces in Berlin, but the West Berlin Police had some paramilitary forces which were represented in the game, but that's not what I'm talking about. What I'm asking is German personnel under allied payroll and control (beyond just civilian maintenance people ).
