Sniper teams

We know sniper teams are an effective and lethal assets but you can't efectively split them from sections as you can usually do with AT teams.They should be splitted from sections in a 2 men-team or come as a separated and specialized team.What do you think?,how are you dealing with this in game?

WW2 games you can buy specialist sniper teams - IIRC within existing squads they are more regarded as sharpshooters (just use the spilt squad function if allowed) and use the resulting team with the better than average shooter as required.

Yes, and as Wickyleaks (pun intended) has mentioned, Squads don't usually have Sniper Teams attached, but rather Sharpshooters that can be detached via Split-Squad Command...You will need to purchase Snipers separately.

Split sniper team from a squad? You are not talking about sniper, you are talking about marksman. And every CM title provide the purchase of specialized marksman team.

I know one can split into Assault, Scout, AT and a simple Split.  But, how do you split into Sharpshooter?

Yes, you can only use the Split-Team Command in order to use one of the Teams that has the Sharp/Marksman.

Ok, but that the only teams that I am aware of that have 2 men are AT and Scout.  One wouldn't want a sharpshooter team with more than two guys.

A split-off sharpshooter with a second person wouldn't be a 'sniper team'. It would just be an oddly split infantry squad with half a chance of no one carrying binoculars. Just a guess, I'm assuming the second infantryman would have no inhibitions about opening fire at range when he spots any enemy. A sniper team out of company HQ would probably be operating under different behavior rules.
