Long_Fang
Hi and lovely valentine day Finally had black sea I'm so happy In scenario editor, is there a way to add or save custom organizations so that I could use them in other maps or scenarios? Is the modding only choice? and if it is what would be the easiest way. - Thanks

You will always be limited by the TO&E structure because that is the building block of how units are modelled in the game but within that structure you can strip out elements and add specialist teams or vehicles. You can save these as a core unit file which you can then import into a scenario that you are making. I suspect that this is not what you are trying to do and, if I am right, the simple answer to your question is likely to be 'no'.
Long_Fang
Thank you for responding quickly  That is enough for now. But how do I save the core unit that I have made in scenario editor? I'm also still interested to make mod or something to make it easy to use custom unit for example quick game etc.

But how do I save the core unit that I have made in scenario editor?  The following is how I save and use core units: To save a favorite unit when building TOE save it as a core unit file, like you would make for a campaign, but you can load it onto any map you have in the editor. To create a core unit: 1) Open up the scenario editor. 2) Select desired units. 3) Save in Scenarios 4) Name the scenario file. Example - Core US 1944 Armored Inf. Company.  To import core units into a scenario: 1) Open up the scenario in the scenario editor. 2) Go to units and delete the units you are replacing with your core force. 3) While still in Units click on Import Campaign Units. 4) The scenarios file will open. 5) Select the desired core force. 6) Click Deploy Units and place the core force in the setup zone. 7) Save with a different name to preserve the original scenario.
Sgt.Squarehead
I've added a 'Core Unit Files' folder to all my CM games. I recently discovered that you can import one (or presumably more) core unit file(s) into another and then import the product into a scenario/campaign.....Possibly useful for double-sided cores and competitive multiplayer tournaments etc.  Edited February 14, 2019 by Sgt.Squarehead

sburke
You can also name the associated units and leaders so you end up with something like what LLF did for his Ramadi scenario if that is desired. If you want to take that as an example you can create a scenario then import "campaign" units and select the Ramadi scenario and you'll get the OoB he created.

It looks like the variables are endless. 6 hours ago, MOS:96B2P said: Cool, cool game. Modding really only lets you skin the models and the UI. You cannot create custom organizations or tweak the stats on your favorite tank.
