It's not huge, but you should be able to see what he's on about. Bit of a graphic/model-used-selection glitch... I've seen it once - the guy had gotten tagged right in the last fraction of a second. The base had turned red, but the animation hadn't yet quite had time to transition to the crumpling rag doll.
