What about this SF2 mod:

The rarely seen Italian fascists!
Il fascisti. Yes it's true, I can't speak Italian.
While in Rome and its more modern suburbs, I found some Mussolini buildings which were quiet bombastic, like this:
As a building, I don't mind it. And I kinda like that it hasn't been erased.
And now I'll shut up as I'm obviously not condoning the Mussolini regime .

My favorite light tank of the war.
I like them too, but I took out 5 of 5 of them in Pershings versus Tigers as PBEM, while my Chaffees survived a little better (2 out of 5 were still okay). Maybe not the best situation for them.
Pershings (and Shermans) won the day anyway.

LOL JM, good one. I like a bit of Kenneth Williams as we've veered down the comedy direction. I won't say which bit though matron.

wtf, that was horror.
That was the worst I've ever seen. It's all there in my Steam. Terrible.
Thanks for getting it up and running. I hate puzzle. I had a hard time.
But it's working now.
Erm, I'm not sure if I helped but I hope so .
-
I can't remember how many I got but it seemed a lot .
EDIT: found the old PM thread - I got 82 so we're the same. However @kohlenklau (who's not around at the moment) said he got over 100.

I think you need to have a Matrix/Slitherine account, put the left side code in on their website for the product in question, and it will give you a Steam code.
Do you have a Matrix/Slitherine account?
-
1. As Brille said, see the first post from BFCElvis in this thread. If you need to ask more questions feel free , I've done this for all titles (acquired from BFC but added on Steam via a Matrix/Slitherine key) and it works. Having said that I still play just the BFC versions but that's neither here nor there.
2. You need to create a Z folder folder in your Steam 'CM title'\Data folder, and put your mods in it. One of mine is here as an example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Combat Mission - Battle for Normandy\Data\Z
So it works the same way, it just needs to be in the Steam folder structure not the BFC folder structure.
-
You could try the first 'pre-mission' for a fun artillery experience .
Given how bad I seem to be with off-board artillery (and it isn't just me who says that, @cbennett88 you know who I'm referring to ) I think I did surprisingly well at this.
-
@Malaspina I hope you won't mind but I sent a copy of v2 to @Anonymous_Jonze. He has now become the major play-tester . But if what you say is correct perhaps it won't be the answer to filling his week off work .

That's some pretty fancy shooting though, even if the animation looks bizarre.

I'm trying very hard not to picture the Milk Snatcher 'on the throne' .

I never fail to disappoint .

I thought it might be that, but personally I have never heard the expression being used. Perhaps as my nearest neighbours just happen to be English, Irish and Welsh. I don't know why but my Irish neighbour was rather quiet last week and my Welsh neighbour has not been seen this week .

Is that still a thing, I thought it went the same way as Ironsides? I think it's all here now (or most of it):

I've always played chronologically ever since Beyond Overlord.
Really?
Do you have a tracking spreadsheet or whatever? And out of curiosity where are you up to? I imagine you mean within particular titles, not within CM as 'a whole (minus the early stuff )'?
Of course you may be twisting my melon(s) man.

British are frustrating anyway (except when they lose the Crunch, obvisouly... ).
I agree, but what is 'the Crunch' - do you mean a Crunchy bar? I would be frustrated if I lost a Crunchy bar.

You're drawing my mind to a colleague's tea mug at work. It is emblazoned with 'No to monarchy'. All I can say (to you, not him) is that you tried...
He also had an 'I'll miss EU' plate after Brexit, with which I fully agreed, but we all know what a Fook-up that was.

You can list alphabetically, so all FR are grouped together. You would still have to load most of them up to get a date though.
I recall others have said they play 'chronologically' so they may come along with suggestions or info. I think someone once said they were trying to play every battle on every front in chronological order, so they would need a spreadsheet or database to track that I imagine, not to mention adding in new releases when they arrive.
Just a thought @A Canadian Cat - was IanL does your Whose Turn Is It utility have this info in it? I think it might? Not sure how accessible it might be for this purpose.

Load it up and look at the bottom right of the screen. It should show which version.
-
Also, the version number you have is displayed at bottom right of screen when you open up the game. Mine is showing v2.13 BFC.

Where can I find the last F&R module number in my game ? I know it's written somewhere.
If you purchased F&R the code will be in your order history at BFC. If you didn't I can recommend it.
If you have any further questions, I'm happy to try to help .

Hmm, bridges.
I haven't played this particular one, but the problem is familiar (from Stavelot as an example).
I imagine you've tried very short movement orders across the bridge, and assume there's nothing blocking the bridge?

As far as the game is concerned, from the Downfall manual:
StuG IIIG (Concrete)
In a desperate measure to improve the outdated StuG III's protection against antitank weapons,
some units made field modifications to their vehicles. In one such version, concrete was poured
over the casemate to form a new layer of armor.
