  1. This was against @Phantom Captain I assume 🤣.

It was a while ago but I think my opponent had some of their Stugs in woods behind buildings near the back on my right.  I leveled the buildings (as you do) and they had nowhere to go.

And the others on my left got caught out in an attempted counterattack.  My gunners got medals for that.

Good battle though, and initially I thought I was going to lose as you're a bit exposed up there...

  2. Don't know that battle, but what about blowing the sh*t out of the enemy infantry with them?  Although if you have some 60mm mortars on hand maybe that's not necessary (every little helps though).

In RL I imagine the bazooka teams probably wouldn't go full on against infantry in case a Tiger onslaught is round the corner 😉, but they might take out a few difficult positions...  And this isn't RL.

    Oh, sorry, my bad!

No worries, he'll be along shortly I'm sure.

As for Steam, pre-CM2 titles aren't on there but for the more recent games you can use your BFC keys to get Steam keys (via a Slitherine/Matrix account).  Sound tricky?  It's not really and there are instructions posted elsewhere here on the forum.

Is there any way to tell if a unit is a core unit when playing a campaign?

It would be useful, but I'm not aware of a way.  Hopefully someone will enlighten us.

Someone said in another thread that the core units have asterisks (*) in their names, but I believe that's usually the convention to indicate historical individuals/units?  The campaign designer could add a C (or sumfink) after core unit names, but I think they already have enough to do.  Perhaps in future 'the code' could do something like this?
