    I don't know I'm not a pro in moding campaign scenario creations, I'm saying my point of view simply.

    i think everybody's make his own indoor meals, is ok, to make his own publicity, but this bring sometimes confusions,... personly my point go toooo....BFC !

    i understand it also like this, I think BFC Matrix and Steam have to work on commmon accord and posting original pictures of BFC only,...  from a couple of months it was also a "mistake" of a wrong picture, showing russian troops for Red Thunder in camo uniforms...

    However(!!)... The Garand, especially, made those handful of hours 100% worth it.

    Interresting just realise that the sounds are all recorded in mono, I did some and they were all recorded in stereo !!

    I checked Steam and it says 'This content requires the base game Combat Mission Battle for Normandy on Steam in order to play.'  No mention of BP1 there.

    But hey!!  dont worry about this, the usual games and addond are from BFC itself, so is only a bad transcription of infos, but is important sometimes to mention it ...

    Nice ang good but, if BfC is the developers why the anounce dont appear on the BFC webpage ?

  7. For some of you, who dares, getting their feet on the "prohibited" site CMMODs III, the links are available to download, and let discover some "pearl mods", of the past, and they are numerous starting on page 230 to 177.

    I took the first step without encountering "mines" beyond 177, it becomes a "Nomansland" in all languages,... just too to remember that @Bootie also dug up mods to integrate them into CMMODs IV, ...hurry up one day all will desapear. 

    Just remember "prohibited" doesn't mean (no passable)...

    Well, it's been about a month, and I think I've modified all of the vehicles in Fortress Italy that I intend to do.  My original thought was to fill in the gaps of vehicles that didn't have modded skins, but I ended up going well beyond that.  Below is the link for all of the axis vehicles I've worked on, including updated versions of the ones I've already posted.  Just to give fair warning, the file is almost 1 gb zipped.  I likely won't be doing any allied vehicles at this point since I've just adapted existing skins made by other contributors, but I may start working on axis vehicles for the other theaters since I saved all of the templates I created.

    @EZ man, very appreciated, superb uniforms, I like very much added details, like scarves, differents m41 variants, armband, Sturmgeschütz uniforms, (a cherry of the cake)

    Hola Tim I yes I know, because I made a test after in the game, and this appear correctly like they have to let theirs bayonets at the armory to let it sharpens ...😆

    Here  I took a quick job and take a picture to make a test, to let disappear partially something on a bmp and its works.

    This is exactly what I am doing and try to show with some pics @WimO 😉 thank you !

    Personly, I use paint.net to save it in png for the transparency, but is my choice, dont forget also to created sometimes the normal map, than export in greenfish and save it in bmp. 

    We can also do it with photoshop or gimp but sometimes this doens t work for  me !!

    select and delete the part in transparent and save it via this program in bmp.

    the picture in your folder will appear like this in black color !!

    I want to make shoulder straps invisible in various CM:A uniforms, this game has the shoulder strap in another part of the uniform texture, not in the shoulder, and it puts it in the shoulder ingame, so editing it is quite difficult, making it transparent would be way easier. Does that make any sense?

    Try this.

    To let "disappear" uniforms or what else check the mod of MOS with his helmets mod, and "paint" the part that you want "delete" in black, save your bmp in black.
    This is the methods that I use to let "desapear things" like amunition pouch, gaz mask or whatever.
