First, I need to explain, who these guys are. A "Reichsbürger" (translates to 'citizen of the (Kaiser)Reich') is someone who does deny the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany. Instead, they believe that the Kaiserreich still exists. There's some quite funny legalese reasoning to explain this.
They wanted to topple the government and even had some old royal descendant who would then become Kaiser(?).
There is no connection to the Reichstag which is just the building of the parliament.
The round-up is the biggest ever here, even bigger than the ones we had against the left-wing terrorists in the 70s. It is of course all over the news here.

How dangerous is this group? Depends on the scope.
As a group to Germany itself, not so much. They have no backing in the population, and their plans are just delusional.
As individuals who cause acts of terrorism, more likely. They had the skills and the means.
The whole thing is bizarre, but unfortunately not the funny kind. I'm very happy that the state caught this group before something happened.

    Mashovets...
    1. The command of the enemy troops continues to apply measures aimed at slowing down the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the northern part of the Luhansk region of Ukraine. In particular, in the area of Tavilzhanka - Bolshoy Vyselok - Tokarevka - Olshana, tactical reserves are being concentrated in order to strengthen the enemy grouping operating in the Dvurechensky direction.

Namely - over the past 3 days, the 3rd motorized rifle battalion of the 138th motorized rifle brigade (without one company) and at least 2 battalions of the 1486th SME of the territorial troops of Russia were concentrated here. This group was assigned at least 1 howitzer artillery battalion (three-battery composition) and a tank company (up to 8 tanks), intended for operations directly together with this group.
    2. As part of the same task, the enemy strike tactical group to the south (namely, to the west of Kremennaya) again tried to launch a counteroffensive from the Dibrova area in the direction of the village. Torskoe and with. Yampolevka ... However, once again - unsuccessfully for them ...
It is obvious that these attacks are coordinated with the enemy’s attempts to push back the forward units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Belogorivka, since the enemy is very worried about the fact that the Ukrainian troops in this place are actually 7 km from the northwestern outskirts of Lysichansk.
The meaning of the enemy's offensive actions in the area of Dibrova, by all indications, testifies to the enemy's attempt to solve this problem by "entering the rear" of the Ukrainian units operating near Belogorovka.
At the same time, most likely, the tactical command of the enemy does not take into account the fact that the left flank of this group of Ukrainian troops is covered by the Seversky Donets ... it acts as if it can cross this river on the move and without hindrance, both "there and from there"...

To build up efforts in these two directions, as I already wrote ... the enemy pulled up 1 "reinforced" battalion of the "mobilization reserve" of the 1st AK and a number of units of the 2nd CAA and 41st CAA with a total strength - up to a battalion.

Don't read too much into it. That is actually not "new" news (at least here).
The procurement of the Bundeswehr (the "BAAINBw" - Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr) is just a total **** up. They are simply not able to spend all that money.
Our minister of defense is also not the best suited for the job (to put it mildly). But at least she is moving stuff in the right direction, though not with the right speed.
The money has been agreed upon and is through the Bundestag. It is bookmarked for the Bundeswehr and can't be used otherwise. So that is not weaseling out, just incompetence.

I do enjoy reading SciFi from different ages and places. It tells you a lot about what people thought were their future from their time on. But more interesting is that combined with the nationality of the writer. Makes a huge difference between U.S. Americans (which most stuff originates) and Russian, Polish, German, Italian or Scottish authors.
I guess there is probably a branch of literature that just does these comparisons.
FWIW I enjoyed reading T3BP even with all its flaws. Most SF has one or the other flaw, and in this case the novelty of the story and setting outweighs the rest IMHO.

When Putin falls, Lukashenko will switch sides as fast as lightning. He will try to broker a deal for him and his cronies for a get-out-of-jail card for giving over Belarus peacefully to the opposition.
Luka is a very, very good politician. Someone of lesser skill would have been ousted long ago. So I guess he will try everything to avoid sinking together with his regime.
For that purpose, he needs to stay out of anything 'unforgivable' by the West. Which means that Belarus will not attack Ukraine because that would tie him to Putin forever.

Technical rate of fire of 2A28 gun is up to 8 shots per minute. I, think future CM should have opportunity to set desirable RoF for any weapon system, not only for artillery

The development of the Gepard started in the 60s, and it was first deployed in the mid 70s. The version A2 (the one in Ukraine) was equipped with digital computers in the 80s. Before that, everything was analog - the wet dream of every electrical engineer!
So, restarting the production of the Gepard makes no sense - neither parts nor knowledge are available. However, the idea of the Gepard seems to make sense again. Maybe not on track, but a lighter version on wheels. Radar and fire control should now be much cheaper than in the 70s (relatively speaking - when the Gepard came out it cost about 4x that of a Leopard 1).

Right at the end, the Gepard shoots a few rounds in the ground. Looks like the target radar was still following the downed missile and the operator was still pulling the trigger
But happy to finally see the Gepard in action!

PVC is only rated down to 0°, and that is the kind of cheap material you would use in suicide drones - if your target area is a warm climate.
If they did not specify that, then I guess they will also have problems with the motor. A small air-cooled combustion engine has essential parts that don't like to be frozen.

    4. The Russian military command of the strategic level, by a separate directive, oriented the forces and means of military intelligence subordinate to it to carry out a special task - the detailed determination of routes, areas and lines of movement and concentration of the main forces of the Kherson enemy grouping.

At least during the past week, there has been an increase in the enemy’s conduct of radio-technical intelligence (RTR) in this direction and adjacent (Zaporozhye), the use of reconnaissance UAVs of the operational-tactical level and reconnaissance aircraft of the Su-24MR type ... the work of forces and means of enemy electronic warfare (EW).
Obviously, the Russian command really wants to establish exactly what is happening with the Kherson grouping of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Especially in terms of its regrouping and moving. And it's clear why...
In fact, the overall implementation of the strategic plan for the autumn-winter campaign will depend on this ...
    5. In the ship composition of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, which operates in the Black Sea-Azov water area, today there are 14 carriers of sea-based cruise missiles of the Caliber type, in particular:
    - 2 frigates of the project 11356P Burevestnik, these are the frigates Admiral Makarov and Admiral Essen, the total salvo is 32 Caliber-type SLCMs
    - 4 small missile ships, according to our classification - missile corvettes, project 21631 "Buyan-M", these are corvettes "Vyshny Volochek", "Ingushetia", "Grayvoron", "Orekhovo-Zuevo". The total salvo is - 32 SLCMs of the "Caliber" type
    - 4 patrol ships, according to our classification - patrol corvettes, project 22160, these are the Vasily Bykov corvettes (the main one in the series), Dmitry Rogachev, Pavel Derzhavin and Sergey Kotov. Their total volley reaches - 32 SLCM units of the "Caliber" type.
    - 4 diesel-electric submarines of project 636.3 "Varshavyanka" + 1 depl of project 877V "Halibut" (non-combat ready). The total salvo of these underwater hunters for transformers and substations is 24 SLCMs of the Caliber type.
